【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟社會的快速發(fā)展,城市化進程的進一步加快,“舊城”改造已成為城市發(fā)展中的必然因素。在舊城改造中一個核心性因素是在景觀設計方面能夠形成精準規(guī)劃,目標是避免城市景觀設計中的“多城一面”,使得改造后的景觀既體現(xiàn)自身特點又能與城市整體環(huán)境相融合,進而能對舊城改造設計及街道文脈形成全面性延續(xù)。本文在對舊城改造理論和借鑒分析的基礎上,提出了舊城景觀改造內涵和策略,并以武漢市漢正街東片區(qū)改造設計為案例進行精確性分析和研究。在課題研究過程中主要劃分為五個部分:第一個部分是緒論部分,主要是對研究的背景和研究意義進行闡述。第二部分是舊城景觀改造理論和借鑒,對舊城和景觀改造等概念性的因素形成全面性的借鑒過程,以及對國內外舊城改造案例進行借鑒和分析。第三部分是舊城景觀改造內涵和策略。主要是能夠對舊城改造的基本情況進行分析,全面性優(yōu)化舊城改造設計。第四部分是對舊城改造的案例進行分析,主要從漢正街東片設計思路,以及設計定位和分析等入手,目標是能夠形成對漢正街東片區(qū)改造的全面性分析和研究方向。最后一部分,舊城改造千差萬別,在具體的改造過程當中能夠根據(jù)實際情況在景觀設計中突出特色,從鄉(xiāng)土文化入手,進行景觀設計的全面性優(yōu)化,形成人文、歷史等相關主題的延續(xù)及發(fā)展。本文的研究目標是能夠對漢正街東片區(qū)的改造設計提供借鑒,進而能夠在舊城改造設計理論上形成豐富經(jīng)驗。對我國大多數(shù)舊城景觀改造提供現(xiàn)實指導意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society, the process of urbanization is speeding up further. The transformation of "old city" has become an inevitable factor in urban development. One of the core factors in the transformation of old city is that it can form precise planning in landscape design, and the goal is to avoid the "multi-city side" in urban landscape design. So that the transformed landscape not only embodies its own characteristics but also can be integrated with the overall environment of the city. Then it can form a comprehensive continuation of the old city reconstruction design and street context. This paper puts forward the connotation and strategy of the old city landscape reconstruction on the basis of the theory and analysis of the old city reconstruction. And with Wuhan Hanzheng Street East area reconstruction design as a case for accuracy analysis and research. In the course of the subject research is mainly divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part. The second part is the theory and reference of the landscape transformation of the old city, and form a comprehensive reference process for the conceptual factors such as the old city and landscape transformation. The third part is the connotation and strategy of the old city landscape transformation. The main is to analyze the basic situation of the old city reconstruction. Comprehensive optimization of the old city reconstruction design. 4th part is to analyze the case of the old city transformation, mainly from the Hanzheng Street East design ideas, as well as design positioning and analysis. The goal is to be able to form a comprehensive analysis and research direction for the transformation of East Hanzheng Street. Finally, the transformation of the old city varies widely. In the specific transformation process can be based on the actual situation in the landscape design prominent characteristics, from the local culture, landscape design comprehensive optimization, form the humanities. History and other related themes of continuation and development. The research goal of this paper is to provide a reference for the reconstruction and design of East Hanzheng Street. Furthermore, it can form rich experience in the theory of old city reconstruction design and provide practical guidance for most of the old city landscape reconstruction in our country.
