加強金融業(yè)教育培訓評估的思考

【摘要】:正知識經濟時代,作為人力資源管理的一個重要手段--培訓,已越來越受到各級組織的重視,員工培訓不僅能持續(xù)提升員工的知識、技能與工作態(tài)度,而且能為組織提供強有力的人力資源保障。人民銀行歷來重視員工的教育培訓,并隨著金融體制改革的深入和職能的調整,不斷更新和調整培訓內容,使員工的整體素質能適應職能調整和形勢及業(yè)務發(fā)展的需要。但是,培訓是否具有針對性,對工作的推動或整體員工隊伍素質的提高發(fā)揮了多大的作用等培訓的績效問題,對從事培訓工作的人或單位來說,都是一個難以說清的事情。如果能對培訓作一個科學的評估,就能了解培訓是否真正有效。因此,評估是不可忽視的。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, as an important means of human resource management, training has been paid more and more attention by organizations at all levels. And can provide strong human resource safeguard for organization. The people's Bank of China has always attached great importance to the education and training of employees, and with the deepening of the reform of financial system and the adjustment of its functions, it has constantly updated and adjusted the contents of the training, so that the overall quality of employees can meet the needs of the adjustment of functions, the situation and the development of business. However, whether the training has the pertinence, the promotion to the work or how much the improvement of the quality of the whole staff has played the training performance question, it is difficult to say clearly to the person or the unit which is engaged in the training work. If you can make a scientific evaluation of training, you can understand whether training is really effective. Therefore, evaluation should not be ignored.
