【摘要】：分級(jí)制度的建立對(duì)于我國原創(chuàng)動(dòng)畫的發(fā)展有著較為深遠(yuǎn)的意義。國外對(duì)動(dòng)漫進(jìn)行的分級(jí)制度及監(jiān)管方式對(duì)我國原創(chuàng)動(dòng)畫都很有啟示。為打破目前中國原創(chuàng)動(dòng)畫陷入的僵局,在動(dòng)畫受眾之間找到一個(gè)平衡點(diǎn),分級(jí)制度的建立是大勢(shì)所趨。然而,由于社會(huì)大環(huán)境的影響,我國分級(jí)制度的建立不能照搬國外,應(yīng)該分階段進(jìn)行。分級(jí)制度的建立需要考慮到各方面的因素,只有平衡了多方因素,才會(huì)促進(jìn)我國原創(chuàng)動(dòng)畫的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The establishment of grading system is of great significance to the development of original animation in China. Foreign animation classification system and supervision of the original animation in China are very enlightening. In order to break the deadlock of Chinese original animation, to find a balance between animation audience, the establishment of classification system is the trend of the times. However, due to the influence of the social environment, the establishment of the classification system in China cannot be copied from abroad, and should be carried out in stages. The establishment of the grading system needs to take into account all aspects of factors, only by balancing the various factors, can we promote the development of original animation in China.
