【摘要】：20世紀(jì)中后期,世界許多發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長與國民消費(fèi)水平的穩(wěn)步提高使文化產(chǎn)業(yè)開始從生產(chǎn)導(dǎo)向型逐步向娛樂消費(fèi)型過渡。動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的重要組成部分,以美國、日本為代表的動漫大國其動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值在GDP中占據(jù)了極為重要的位置,并將動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的制作環(huán)節(jié)擴(kuò)展到亞洲國家,使之成為全球化發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)。 臺灣自20世紀(jì)80年代開始,文化管制全面解禁。作為美日動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的承接點(diǎn),臺灣的動漫工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)從代工為主到原創(chuàng)內(nèi)容開發(fā),已歷經(jīng)50多年發(fā)展歷程,有著豐富的探索經(jīng)驗(yàn)。內(nèi)地的動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展30余年,在本世紀(jì)加入WTO后文化產(chǎn)業(yè)態(tài)勢隨之上升,剛出臺的“十二五”規(guī)劃中更是要求推動文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè)。在一系列積極政策的鼓勵下,內(nèi)地動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展如火如荼。 內(nèi)地與臺灣的文化同宗同源,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展路徑相似。因此,通過調(diào)查,對于兩地產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈脈絡(luò)、以及影響產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行梳理之后,深入分析兩地對于動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)軟硬實(shí)力、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化效應(yīng)的情況,對于兩地動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行比較,總結(jié)各自的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn),對于找到產(chǎn)業(yè)良性發(fā)展的路徑有著積極的啟迪作用。本文旨在研究兩地動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的脈絡(luò),影響動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的因素,針對動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持政策,動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化效應(yīng)的情況等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。進(jìn)而比較兩地動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并總結(jié)各自的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與教訓(xùn)。這將有助于我們推動動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late 20th century, with the sustained growth of national economy and the steady improvement of national consumption in many developed countries and regions in the world, the cultural industry began to transition from production-oriented to entertainment-oriented consumption. The animation industry is an important part of the cultural industry. The animation industry output value of the big animation countries, represented by the United States and Japan, occupies an extremely important position in GDP, and extends the production link of the animation industry to Asian countries. Make it a globalized industry. Since the 1980 s, cultural regulation in Taiwan has been completely lifted. As the acceptance point of American and Japanese animation industry, Taiwan's animation industrial production has experienced more than 50 years of development and rich exploration experience, from contract industry to original content development. The animation industry in the mainland has developed for more than 30 years. After entering WTO in this century, the situation of cultural industry has risen, and the "12th Five-Year Plan" has just been issued, which requires the promotion of cultural industry to become the pillar industry of the national economy. In a series of positive policy encouragement, animation industry in the mainland is in full swing. The mainland and Taiwan share the same culture and similar path of industrial development. Therefore, through the investigation, after combing the context of the two places' industrial chain and the factors affecting the development of the industry, we deeply analyze the effects of the two places on the soft and hard power of the animation industry, industrial policy, and the effect of industrial cluster. Comparing the development of animation industry between the two places, summing up their experiences and lessons, it has a positive enlightening effect on finding the path of the benign development of the industry. The purpose of this paper is to study the context of the animation industry chain, the factors affecting the development of the animation industry, the support policy for the animation industry, the animation industry cluster effect and other related content. Then compare the development of animation industry between the two countries, and summarize their experiences and lessons. This will help us to promote the healthy development of the animation industry.
