【摘要】：動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)作為無(wú)污染、低消耗的"綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)",已經(jīng)成為一些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。我國(guó)雖然有巨大的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)品需求市場(chǎng),但是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于日美等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家。如何發(fā)揮政府在動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)中的引導(dǎo)作用,協(xié)調(diào)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游企業(yè)之間的合作關(guān)系,降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本,增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,就成為動(dòng)漫企業(yè)和政府關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。筆者運(yùn)用博弈論的相關(guān)理論,分析動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游企業(yè)在合作研發(fā)中的策略選擇和政府對(duì)企業(yè)合作的激勵(lì)機(jī)制,找到了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)陷入"囚徒困境"的原因和政府在動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中發(fā)揮的作用,確立了政府最優(yōu)補(bǔ)貼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。以河南省動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)為例,提出產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)的合作策略和政府激勵(lì)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a non-pollution, low-consumption green industry, animation industry has become an important pillar industry in some developed countries. Although China has a huge demand market for animation products, the development of animation industry lags far behind the developed countries such as Japan and the United States. How to play the leading role of the government in the optimization and upgrading of the animation industry, coordinate the cooperation between the upstream and downstream enterprises of the animation industry chain, reduce the operating costs, and enhance the core competitiveness of the industry, has become the concern of the animation industry and the government. The author uses the relevant theory of game theory to analyze the strategy choice of the upstream and downstream enterprises in the cooperation research and development of animation industry chain and the incentive mechanism of the government to the enterprise cooperation. This paper finds out the reasons why animation enterprises fall into "prisoner's dilemma" and the role played by the government in the development of animation industry, and establishes the government's optimal subsidy standard. Taking the animation industry of Henan Province as an example, this paper puts forward the cooperation strategy and government incentive strategy of the industry chain node enterprises.
