XA動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

【摘要】: 高職教育人才培養(yǎng)模式關(guān)系到高職院校培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn),是高職院校提高辦學(xué)質(zhì)量的核心問題。XA動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院當(dāng)前既面臨著動(dòng)漫行業(yè)快速發(fā)展帶來的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)也存在著管理機(jī)制落后、師資力量薄弱、辦學(xué)理念滯后等不足,特別是人才培養(yǎng)模式落后成為制約學(xué)院發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文通過對(duì)我國(guó)高職教育的內(nèi)涵、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、人才‘培養(yǎng)模式以及XA動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院人才培養(yǎng)模式存在問題進(jìn)行分析研究,把人力資源管理領(lǐng)域的勝任力模型應(yīng)用到高職人才培養(yǎng)之中,研究動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院的人才模式問題。 本文首先對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)模式研究的重要意義和研究思路進(jìn)行論述。其次,關(guān)于高職教育的特征和目標(biāo)、人才培養(yǎng)模式的內(nèi)涵和作用、以及勝任力模型理論等進(jìn)行了綜述。第三部分,對(duì)動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件應(yīng)用SWOT分析法進(jìn)行分析,提出了XA動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院借助外部資源,把握機(jī)遇加快發(fā)展的發(fā)展思路。第四部分,設(shè)計(jì)了勝任力模型為主導(dǎo)的“訂單式”校企合作人才培養(yǎng)模式,建立以培養(yǎng)勝任行業(yè)崗位要求的各專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃以及課程體系。最后,給出了實(shí)施勝任力模型為基礎(chǔ)的“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式的具體步驟和內(nèi)容。 本文關(guān)于人才培養(yǎng)模式的研究,對(duì)于XA動(dòng)漫軟件學(xué)院的發(fā)展方向、辦學(xué)方式、辦學(xué)特色等現(xiàn)實(shí)問題具有重要意義。長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的校企合作以及“訂單式”人才培養(yǎng)模式,對(duì)于高職院校實(shí)現(xiàn)面向市場(chǎng)需求辦學(xué),提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,具有重要的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The talent training mode of higher vocational education is related to the realization of the training goal of higher vocational colleges and is the core problem of improving the quality of running a school. The animation software college is now facing the opportunity brought by the rapid development of animation industry. At the same time, there are also some shortcomings, such as backward management mechanism, weak teachers, lagging idea of running a school, etc. Especially, the backward mode of talent training has become the key to restrict the development of the college. Through the analysis of the connotation of higher vocational education in our country, the present situation of development, the talent 'training model and the existing problems of XA animation software college talent training model, this paper analyzes and studies the existing problems of higher vocational education in China. The competency model in the field of human resource management is applied to the training of higher vocational talents, and the talent model of animation software college is studied. This paper first discusses the significance of the study of talent training model and research ideas. Secondly, it summarizes the characteristics and objectives of higher vocational education, the connotation and function of talent training model, and the theory of competency model. In the third part, the author analyzes the external environment and internal conditions of the College of Animation and Animation Software by using SWOT analysis method, and puts forward the development thought of the XA Animation Software Academy with the help of external resources and seize the opportunity to speed up the development. In the fourth part, the author designs the "order-oriented" mode of training cooperative talents in colleges and enterprises, and sets up the teaching plan and curriculum system of each major which can be qualified to meet the requirements of the profession. Finally, the specific steps and contents of the "order-oriented" talent training model based on competency model are given. The research of the talent training mode in this paper is of great significance to the development direction, running method and characteristics of XA Animation Software College. The long-term cooperation between enterprises and the "order-oriented" talent training model have important reference function for higher vocational colleges to meet the needs of the market and improve the quality of talent training.
