【摘要】：《文化產(chǎn)業(yè)振興規(guī)劃》的頒布,使文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,也為動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的發(fā)展空間。由于缺乏對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律的理解,國(guó)內(nèi)在建設(shè)動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)時(shí)有"運(yùn)動(dòng)化"和"圈地化"傾向。借助于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論,分析國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的環(huán)境要素,恰當(dāng)?shù)囟ㄎ徽慕巧?探索動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建設(shè)的有效模式,有助于降低園區(qū)建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),推動(dòng)我國(guó)動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的振興。
[Abstract]:The promulgation of the Plan for the Revitalization of Cultural Industry makes the development of cultural and creative industries become a national strategy and provides a broad development space for the development of animation and creative industries. Due to the lack of understanding of the laws of industrial economy, there is a tendency of "movement" and "land enclosure" in the construction of animation creative industry park in China. With the help of the theory of industrial cluster, this paper analyzes the environmental factors of the development of domestic animation industry, properly orientates the role of the government, and explores the effective mode of the construction of the animation industry cluster, which will help to reduce the risk of the construction of the park. Promote the revitalization of our creative animation industry.
