動漫人才培養(yǎng)中知識共享的教學方法研究——以視頻合成課為例

【摘要】:正近年來,我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,但是對比歐美、日韓的動漫作品還存在巨大差距,其中動漫人才匱乏是重要原因。動漫人才帶有典型的應(yīng)用人才特征,是多種知識、多樣技能的綜合應(yīng)用型動畫人才,這就需要高校的動漫專業(yè)在人才培養(yǎng)模式中注重"綜合知識""綜合技能"的培養(yǎng),但是這一點恰恰是目前動漫專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的瓶頸,因此本文以視頻合成課為例,依據(jù)知識共享理論探討如何培養(yǎng)"綜合應(yīng)用型動畫人才",制定出適合學生之間、教師之

The animation talent has the typical application talent characteristic, is the comprehensive applied animation talented person with many kinds of knowledge, the diverse skill, this needs the university animation specialty to pay attention to "the synthesis knowledge" the synthesis skill "the cultivation in the talented person training pattern, However, this point is the bottleneck of the training of animation professionals at present, so this paper takes the video synthesis course as an example, discusses how to cultivate "comprehensive applied animation talents" according to the theory of knowledge sharing, and formulates a model suitable for students and teachers.
