【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在國家和各地政府的大力扶持下,動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的又一新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn),隨著這一產(chǎn)業(yè)的縱深發(fā)展,圍繞著該產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)的版權(quán)保護(hù)問題也越來越受到各方的關(guān)注和重視。在此,本刊邀請中國版權(quán)保護(hù)中心法律部的工作人員結(jié)合實(shí)例,就動(dòng)漫的版權(quán)保護(hù)作比較全面的介紹。
