【摘要】：發(fā)達(dá)國家資本主義制度使得私有企業(yè)成為國家經(jīng)濟(jì)的創(chuàng)造者,在歷史的緩慢演進(jìn)中,生產(chǎn)、銷售上的競爭使企業(yè)逐漸成為了一種商業(yè)文化的創(chuàng)造者。質(zhì)量、形象、信譽(yù)、技術(shù)實(shí)力等因素成為企業(yè)成功的必備因素。除了在產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)商展示自身的實(shí)力外,企業(yè)總部建筑也成為了企業(yè)展示、宣傳形象的一個(gè)戰(zhàn)略要地。當(dāng)今世界的大企業(yè)均擁有自己獨(dú)立的總部辦公大樓,在總部大樓的設(shè)計(jì)上可謂傾盡全力來打造獨(dú)有的形象。 中國經(jīng)濟(jì)正處在快速的建設(shè)發(fā)展時(shí)期,國內(nèi)也涌現(xiàn)出了大量具有雄厚實(shí)力的企業(yè),他們對于辦公建筑的需求呈現(xiàn)出多元化的趨向,少數(shù)大型企業(yè)也已經(jīng)開始自建企業(yè)總部來滿足自身的辦公需要。 論文主要著眼于企業(yè)總部的外部形態(tài)進(jìn)行研究。對其進(jìn)行分類、對比,歸納出不同類型的企業(yè)總部的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)與適用情況,并引入特色案例加以佐證。然后對企業(yè)總部外部形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,歸納出企業(yè)總部個(gè)性化設(shè)計(jì)的常用手法。 首先,文章討論了企業(yè)總部建筑的基本問題,從企業(yè)總部的特點(diǎn),其外部形態(tài)的發(fā)展、當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)傾向等方面分析了企業(yè)總部建筑外部形態(tài)特色設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。并探討影響企業(yè)總部建筑外部形態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)要素,為分析企業(yè)總部外部形態(tài)提供切入點(diǎn)。 其次,論文將理論和實(shí)際案例相結(jié)合,從外部形態(tài)的實(shí)體要素與內(nèi)在屬性兩大方面對企業(yè)總部建筑外部形態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)手法和實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析、歸納和總結(jié),得到多種企業(yè)總部建筑外部形態(tài)的設(shè)計(jì)策略。 最后,論文以中新生態(tài)城動(dòng)漫園區(qū)讀者大廈設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目為實(shí)例,介紹企業(yè)總部建筑具體工程設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)外部形態(tài)的特色設(shè)計(jì)與表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:The capitalist system of developed countries makes private enterprises become the creators of national economy. In the slow evolution of history, the competition in production and sale makes enterprises become the creators of a kind of commercial culture. Quality, image, credibility, technical strength and other factors become the necessary factors for the success of enterprises. In addition to the product and service providers to show their own strength, corporate headquarters building has also become a strategic location for enterprises to display and promote their image. Nowadays, large enterprises in the world all have their own independent headquarter office buildings, and they try their best to create a unique image in the design of the headquarters buildings. China's economy is in a period of rapid construction and development, and a large number of powerful enterprises have emerged in China. Their demand for office buildings is showing a trend of diversification. A small number of large enterprises have also started to build their own headquarters to meet their own office needs. This paper mainly focuses on the external form of the enterprise headquarters. This paper classifies and compares the design characteristics and application of different types of enterprise headquarters, and introduces characteristic cases to prove it. Then summarize and analyze the main points of external form design of enterprise headquarters, sum up the common methods of individualized design of enterprise headquarters. First of all, the paper discusses the basic problems of the enterprise headquarters building, and analyzes the basis of the external form characteristic design of the enterprise headquarters building from the aspects of the characteristics of the enterprise headquarters, the development of its external form, the tendency of contemporary design, and so on. The paper also discusses the relevant factors that affect the external shape design of the enterprise headquarters building, and provides a breakthrough point for the analysis of the external form of the enterprise headquarters building. Secondly, combining the theory with practical cases, the paper analyzes the design methods and examples of the external form of the enterprise headquarters building from the two aspects of the external elements and internal attributes, and sums up and summarizes the design methods and examples of the external form of the enterprise headquarters building. To obtain a variety of corporate headquarters building external design strategy. Finally, taking the reader building design project of Zhongxin Ecological City Animation Park as an example, the paper introduces the characteristic design and expression of the external form in the design of the concrete project of the enterprise headquarters building.
