【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一種新興的產(chǎn)業(yè)為越來越多的國家所重視。動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)作為其核心產(chǎn)業(yè),近幾年在我國掀起了發(fā)展的熱潮。遼寧省要實現(xiàn)東北老工業(yè)基地的轉型,大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)成為其發(fā)展的關鍵。目前遼寧已經(jīng)擁有大連、沈陽兩個國家級動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,無論是資金和政策支持、產(chǎn)業(yè)基地建設等方面都突飛猛進。但在發(fā)展的過程中,遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題也日益顯露。 本文從政府管理層面對遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)政策加以研究。通過與美、日、韓動漫大國以及北京、上海等我國動漫發(fā)達地區(qū)的對比,立足遼寧省實際,為遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,提出操作性較強的對策。 本文分為五部分。第一章為緒論,將國內外動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)研究狀況及相關政策進行對比,簡單的陳述了本課題的研究背景；第二章為動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)及其發(fā)展的理論基礎,為遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究提供鋪墊；第三章主要闡述了遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與問題分析,從政策與資金的支持、產(chǎn)業(yè)基地建設、動漫作品、人才這四個方面對遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,從而挖掘出遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)在其發(fā)展過程中暴露的問題,并對其成因進行分析；第四章的研究是建立在第三章的基礎上,提出解決問題的策略,即拓展受眾對象、自主創(chuàng)新、完善動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、轉變政府職能、注重人才培養(yǎng)以及完善資金管理,開拓投融資渠道,探索適于遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的新模式。最后一章即是全文的概括和總結。本文的主旨在于從政府層面上,對遼寧省動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出一些適宜的、有價值的參考和支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, cultural and creative industries as a new industry are paid more and more attention by more and more countries.Animation industry as its core industry, in recent years, the upsurge of development in China.In order to realize the transformation of northeast old industrial base, developing cultural industry is the key to Liaoning province's development.At present, Liaoning has Dalian, Shenyang two state-level animation industry bases, both capital and policy support, industrial base construction and other areas are advancing by leaps and bounds.But in the process of development, Liaoning Province animation industry problems are also increasingly exposed.This article from the government management level to Liaoning Province animation industry policy to carry on the research.Through the contrast with the big countries of animation and animation of the United States, Japan, Korea, Beijing, Shanghai and other developed areas of our country, based on the reality of Liaoning Province, this paper puts forward some operable countermeasures for the development of animation industry in Liaoning Province.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction, comparing the domestic and foreign animation industry research status and related policies, briefly describes the research background of this topic; the second chapter is the theoretical basis of animation industry and its development.The third chapter mainly expounds the current situation and problem analysis of animation industry in Liaoning Province, from the support of policy and funds, the construction of industrial base, animation works,This paper introduces the current situation of animation industry in Liaoning Province from these four aspects, thus excavating the problems exposed in the process of development of animation industry in Liaoning Province, and analyzes the causes of its formation. The fourth chapter is based on the third chapter.The strategy of solving the problem is to expand the audience, innovate independently, perfect the animation industry chain, change the government's function, pay attention to talent training and perfect the fund management, open up the channels of investment and financing.To explore a new model suitable for the development of animation industry in Liaoning Province.The last chapter is the summary and summary of the full text.The purpose of this paper is to put forward some suitable and valuable reference and support for the development of animation industry in Liaoning province from the government level.
