【摘要】：作為二十一世界的新興產(chǎn)業(yè),動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)飛速發(fā)展,而動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)直接關(guān)系到動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的實(shí)際發(fā)展。本文對(duì)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題作了分析,提出了動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)模式的創(chuàng)新對(duì)策,為提升動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As a new industry in the world of 21, the animation industry has achieved rapid development, and the cultivation of professional personnel in the animation industry is directly related to the actual development of the animation industry.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of talent training in animation industry, and puts forward the innovative countermeasures of talent training mode in animation industry, which lays a foundation for improving the quality of talent training in animation industry.
