【摘要】：最近幾年里，國(guó)內(nèi)的信息化建設(shè)如火如荼地開展，信息化成果也較為顯著，電視臺(tái)以及廣播臺(tái)的信息化系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用也開展普遍起來(lái)，有些大型的電臺(tái)自行研發(fā)了音像資料庫(kù)系統(tǒng)，用來(lái)對(duì)日常的資料進(jìn)行管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)了電臺(tái)效率的提高以及效益的提升，而伴隨著信息化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，廣播電臺(tái)將會(huì)普及信息化的資源管理系統(tǒng)，這是時(shí)代發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。杭州文廣集團(tuán)從成立至今，舉辦過(guò)各類大大小小的晚會(huì)、演出、影視文化節(jié)、動(dòng)漫節(jié)等，而每次活動(dòng)結(jié)束后，都會(huì)積累大批的音像等媒體資源，對(duì)于發(fā)展中的文廣集團(tuán)來(lái)說(shuō)，開發(fā)出一個(gè)適合該集團(tuán)需要的音像資料數(shù)字化存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)，將分散在全國(guó)各地的集團(tuán)所獲得的音像資料進(jìn)行保存，實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值的最大化，這是該集團(tuán)目前面臨的急需解決的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題。 本文結(jié)合集團(tuán)當(dāng)前的音像資料管理現(xiàn)狀，同時(shí)分析各種信息存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方式以及它們的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，在這基礎(chǔ)上，選擇最合理的方式來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是基于.NET框架結(jié)構(gòu)同時(shí)結(jié)合SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)完成的，系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了音像資料信息存儲(chǔ)，資料的管理與維護(hù)，資料的導(dǎo)入與導(dǎo)出以及資料信息的檢索與遷移等基本功能，通過(guò)對(duì)這些功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)可以大大提高工作人員的日常工作效率。 音像資料數(shù)字化存儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)的建立，有效改變了文廣集團(tuán)音像資料存儲(chǔ)工作的現(xiàn)狀，不僅解決了集團(tuán)面臨的資料存儲(chǔ)問(wèn)題，也實(shí)現(xiàn)了集團(tuán)音像素材的永久保存與實(shí)時(shí)查閱，方便用戶的編輯。通過(guò)該系統(tǒng)，用戶可以通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)在線編輯功能，同時(shí)可以實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)取相關(guān)的音像素材，對(duì)于廣電事業(yè)的發(fā)展也具有不可忽視的重要作用，有利于確保有價(jià)值的資源充分得到利用。目前系統(tǒng)已上線運(yùn)行，從運(yùn)行情況來(lái)看，，系統(tǒng)基本保持穩(wěn)定的狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of information technology in China has been in full swing, and the achievements of informatization have been relatively remarkable. The application of information systems in television stations and broadcasting stations has also been widespread. Some large radio stations have developed their own audio and video database systems.With the further development of information, radio stations will popularize the information resource management system, which is the inevitable trend of the development of the times.Since its establishment, Hangzhou Wenguang Group has held various evening parties, performances, film and television festivals, animation festivals, etc. After each event, it will accumulate a large number of media resources, such as audio and video, etc. For the developing Wenguang Group,To develop a digital storage system for audio and video data suitable for the needs of the group, and to preserve the audio and video data obtained by groups scattered throughout the country, so as to maximize the value.This is the group is currently faced with the urgent need to solve the key issues.This paper analyzes the design and implementation of various information storage systems and their advantages and disadvantages combined with the current situation of audio and video data management in the Group. On this basis, we choose the most reasonable way to design and implement the target system.The realization of the system is based on. Net frame structure and SQL database. The system mainly realizes the basic functions of audio and video information storage, data management and maintenance, import and export of data, retrieval and migration of information, etc.Through the realization of these functions, the daily work efficiency of staff can be greatly improved.The establishment of digital storage system for audio and video materials has effectively changed the current situation of audio and video data storage in Wenguang Group. It not only solves the problem of data storage faced by the Group, but also realizes the permanent preservation and real-time access of audio and video materials of the Group.User-friendly editing.Through this system, users can realize the online editing function through the network, at the same time, they can get the related audio and video materials in real time, which is also important to the development of the radio and television industry.It helps to ensure that valuable resources are fully utilized.At present, the system has been running online, from the operational situation, the system basically maintains a stable state.
