【摘要】：基于超越對(duì)數(shù)隨機(jī)前沿分析方法,運(yùn)用2010~2014年21個(gè)地區(qū)動(dòng)漫企業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),從知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造、運(yùn)用和管理三個(gè)能力維度剖析了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力對(duì)動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率的影響,以及外部知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)在創(chuàng)新效率提升中的作用。結(jié)果表明,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)創(chuàng)造、運(yùn)用和管理能力對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率改進(jìn)具有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,其中知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)運(yùn)用能力的正向影響最大。外部知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)提升了動(dòng)漫企業(yè)創(chuàng)新效率,強(qiáng)化了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)能力對(duì)創(chuàng)新效率的積極影響,并且在知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理能力與創(chuàng)新效率關(guān)系中的正向作用最為顯著。
[Abstract]:Based on the method of transcendental logarithmic stochastic frontier analysis, using the panel data of 21 regional animation companies from 2010 to 2014, this paper analyzes the impact of intellectual property capability on the innovation efficiency of animation companies from three aspects of intellectual property creation, application and management.And the role of external intellectual property protection in the promotion of innovation efficiency.The results show that the ability of creation, application and management of intellectual property has a significant effect on the improvement of innovation efficiency, among which the positive influence of the ability of using intellectual property is the greatest.The protection of external intellectual property rights enhances the innovation efficiency of animation enterprises, strengthens the positive impact of intellectual property ability on innovation efficiency, and plays the most positive role in the relationship between intellectual property management ability and innovation efficiency.
