【摘要】： 本論文研究的問題是在市場經濟環(huán)境下國內動畫企業(yè)盈利模式的研究。隨著中國經濟的高速發(fā)展和人民物質文化生活的需求增長,為國內動畫企業(yè)的創(chuàng)造了巨大的市場潛力;同時,國家相關動畫產業(yè)政策的出臺為國內動畫企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展提供了重大的機遇。但中國動畫企業(yè)特別是還在求生存階段的中小型動畫企業(yè),從一開始就面臨著激烈和復雜的競爭環(huán)境。對中國動畫產業(yè)來說,如何打造適合自己的盈利模式成為眾多動畫企業(yè)所關心的問題,同時也是中國動畫產業(yè)競爭力提高的關鍵所在。 本論文通過收集大量數(shù)據,對國內外動漫產業(yè)的競爭格局、市場化程度及盈利模式等進行了研究和探討;然后以筆者服務的長江動畫為案例,針對其當前所處的外部競爭環(huán)境及內部競爭優(yōu)、劣勢等進行了分析;并以上述研究結果,提出備選方案和評價。最后根據確定的備選方案擬定實施計劃和行動方案。 本論文運用SWOT分析法、對比分析法以及文字圖表等工具,將筆者在MBA課程中所學的知識應用于自身所服務的企業(yè),以達到理論與實踐相結合的目的。 本文研究給出了國內動畫企業(yè)制定盈利模式的方法和案例,希望能為國內動畫企業(yè)提供參考。通過研究筆者深該體會到,只有在產業(yè)鏈的背景下分析企業(yè)的價值鏈,才可以找到其盈利模式特征。一個正確的盈利模式直接關系到國內動畫企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展的機會,是企業(yè)持續(xù)盈利和良性發(fā)展的基礎。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing demand of people's material and cultural life, this paper has created huge market potential for domestic animation enterprises. At the same time, the introduction of the relevant national animation industry policy provides a great opportunity for the rapid development of domestic animation enterprises. However, Chinese animation enterprises, especially small and medium-sized animation enterprises, are still in the stage of survival. From the beginning, it has been facing a fierce and complicated competitive environment. For the Chinese animation industry, how to build a profit model suitable for itself has become a concern of many animation enterprises. At the same time, it is also the key to improve the competitiveness of Chinese animation industry. Through collecting a lot of data, this paper studies and discusses the competition pattern, marketization degree and profit model of animation industry at home and abroad, and then takes the Yangtze River Animation as a case, which is served by the author. This paper analyzes the external competitive environment and the advantages and disadvantages of internal competition, and puts forward the options and evaluation according to the above research results. Finally, the implementation plan and action plan are drawn up according to the determined options. This paper uses SWOT analysis, contrast analysis, text chart and other tools to apply the knowledge learned in the MBA course to the enterprises they serve, in order to achieve the purpose of combining theory with practice. This paper gives the methods and cases of domestic animation enterprises to establish profit model, hoping to provide reference for domestic animation enterprises. Through the study, the author deeply understands that only under the background of industry chain, the value chain of enterprises can be analyzed. A correct profit model is directly related to the survival and development opportunities of domestic animation enterprises and is the basis of sustainable profit and benign development of enterprises.
