職業(yè)教育動畫專業(yè)課程現狀和開發(fā)的思考

【摘要】: 隨著中國動畫產業(yè)的興起與發(fā)展,我國的職業(yè)動畫專業(yè)正面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機遇。職業(yè)動畫專業(yè)在取得了巨大成績的同時也出現了許多新的情況和問題,如何使我們的院校動畫專業(yè)課程設置科學合理,貼近行業(yè)培養(yǎng)人才,開發(fā)更易于實踐操作的課程方案?值得我們深思。課程是職業(yè)教育改革的重點和難點,也是決定職業(yè)教育在我國能否取得成功的關鍵所在。其根本目標是使接受職業(yè)教育的學生體現出以就業(yè)為導向和以職業(yè)能力為目標等職業(yè)教育的特性,以使學生在教育和培訓中獲得的特定本領和良好的職業(yè)素質,受到行業(yè)企業(yè)的歡迎和社會的承認。本文針對我國職業(yè)動畫教育課程改革的現狀,著重對當前職業(yè)動畫專業(yè)課程存在的問題做出分析,在較為全面地學習了就業(yè)導向的職業(yè)能力系統(tǒng)化課程開發(fā)方法后,在把握了就業(yè)導向的職業(yè)能力系統(tǒng)化本質因素的基礎上,結合作者的動畫教學經驗,嘗試開發(fā)了一個具有原創(chuàng)特色的《關于三年制動畫設計專業(yè)課程設置解決方案》和該專業(yè)的《動畫專題設計與制作》單元課程開發(fā)的案例。期望對深化我國職業(yè)動畫教育課程模式和開發(fā)方法的研究、構件有職業(yè)院校特色的動畫課程體系起到投石問路、拋磚引玉的作用,并期望能對當前職業(yè)院校動畫專業(yè)的課程改革具有直接的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the rise and development of China's animation industry, professional animation majors in China are facing unprecedented opportunities for development. While professional animation majors have made great achievements, many new situations and problems have emerged. How to make our college animation course set up scientifically and reasonably, close to the industry to train talents, and develop a more practical operation of the curriculum scheme? Curriculum is the focus and difficulty of vocational education reform. It is also the key to determine the success of vocational education in our country. The basic goal of vocational education is to make the students who receive vocational education embody the characteristics of vocational education, such as employment-oriented and vocational ability. In order to make students obtain special skills and good professional quality in education and training, it is welcomed by enterprises and recognized by society. This paper aims at the present situation of curriculum reform of vocational animation education in China. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the course of vocational animation at present, after studying the systematized curriculum development method of employment-oriented vocational ability in an all-round way, on the basis of grasping the essential factors of systematization of employment-oriented vocational ability, Combined with the author's animation teaching experience, This paper attempts to develop a case of the course setup solution for the Three-year Animation Design Specialty and the Animation thematic Design and production Unit Curriculum Development with original characteristics. It is expected to deepen the career in our country. Research on the Model and Development method of Animation Education Curriculum, The animation course system with the characteristics of vocational colleges and universities has the function of throwing stone and asking questions, and it is expected to be of direct reference significance to the curriculum reform of animation major in vocational colleges and universities at present.
