西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力研究

【摘要】:作為一種新興的知識密集型產(chǎn)業(yè),文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟全球化、信息化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化趨勢的不斷加強,各國企業(yè)紛紛通過跨國并購、規(guī)模擴張等形式,,積極參與國際市場競爭,共同爭奪全球市場份額,努力搶占世界市場。而文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是進入新世紀,順應(yīng)國際經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的大趨勢下產(chǎn)生的新型的產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài),是知識經(jīng)濟全球化的產(chǎn)物。另外,創(chuàng)意思想和傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)或傳統(tǒng)部門相互滲透、相互融合,實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷優(yōu)化升級,從而帶動文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,并進一步在空間上形成文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚或產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。在國外文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚或集群快速發(fā)展的影響下,我國各地區(qū)都掀起了一股研究文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)以及二者競爭力的浪潮。不論是學(xué)術(shù)界、理論界還是企業(yè)層面都開始關(guān)注文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)這一新興領(lǐng)域和新興研究課題。 本文首先從文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力和西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)研究三個方面概括總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)方面的研究綜述;并以西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)作為研究對象,探討了西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力水平。文章接著對西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體發(fā)展狀況做了整體的研究,從定性的角度具體分析了西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展特點。然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力情況進行了詳細的定量分析,在波特的“鉆石模型”理論的指導(dǎo)下,建立了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力的指標體系,進而構(gòu)建了應(yīng)用于西安文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力的分析模型。運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法ANP,借助Super Decision軟件,對西安高新區(qū)、陜西動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)平臺和曲江新區(qū)三個典型性文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力比較,找出文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)競爭力存在的問題,為構(gòu)建文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)持續(xù)競爭力服務(wù)。下來從政府、集聚區(qū)和文化創(chuàng)意企業(yè)三個層面提出對策建議。最后,總結(jié)本文結(jié)論和進一步需要完善的問題。
[Abstract]:As a new knowledge-intensive industry, cultural and creative industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy. In the form of scale expansion and other forms, they actively participate in international market competition, jointly compete for global market share and strive to seize the world market. However, cultural and creative industries are a new industrial form that has emerged in the new century and adapted to the general trend of international economic development. It is the product of the globalization of knowledge economy. In addition, creative ideas and traditional industries or traditional departments infiltrate and merge with each other to realize the adjustment of economic structure and the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, thus driving the continuous development of cultural and creative industries. And further form the cultural and creative industry agglomeration or industrial cluster in space. Under the influence of the foreign cultural and creative industry agglomeration or the rapid development of the cluster, every region of our country has set off a research on cultural creative industry. Both academia, theorists and enterprises have begun to pay attention to the new field and the emerging research topic of cultural and creative industry, both in the area of cultural and creative industries and in the tide of their competitiveness. Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on cultural creative industry from three aspects: cultural creative industry cluster, cultural creative industry competitiveness and Xi'an cultural and creative industry research. Taking Xi'an cultural and creative industry agglomeration area as the research object, this paper discusses the competitiveness level of Xi'an cultural and creative industry agglomeration area. Then, the article makes a whole research on the overall development of Xi'an cultural and creative industry. This paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of Xi'an 's cultural and creative industries from a qualitative perspective, and then makes a detailed quantitative analysis of the competitiveness of Xi'an 's cultural and creative industries' agglomeration area. Under the guidance of Porter's "Diamond Model" theory, the index system of the competitiveness of cultural and creative industry agglomeration area is established. Then, an analysis model of the competitiveness of Xi'an cultural and creative industry agglomeration zone is constructed. The network analytic hierarchy process (Super) is used to analyze the competitiveness of Xi'an Hi-tech Zone with the help of Super Decision software. Comparing the competitiveness of three typical cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas between Shaanxi animation industry platform and Qujiang New area, to find out the problems existing in the competitiveness of cultural and creative industry agglomeration areas. In order to construct the sustainable competitive service of the cultural and creative industry agglomeration area, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the government, the agglomeration area and the cultural and creative enterprise. Finally, it summarizes the conclusion of this paper and the problems that need to be improved further.
