【摘要】：BIEQ動漫繪畫興趣班商業(yè)計(jì)劃是BIEQ公司的衍生項(xiàng)目,是針對現(xiàn)在家長在幼兒教育中的迷茫,幼兒園、幼教機(jī)構(gòu)等等開設(shè)的千奇百怪的幼兒教育培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目以及幼兒理財(cái)教育的缺乏這一情況,為了更好的使幼兒能接觸到更加優(yōu)秀的,有針對性的幼教課程而開展進(jìn)行的一個(gè)實(shí)際的活動。 該篇商業(yè)計(jì)劃書的關(guān)注點(diǎn)主要是“加盟”。要吸引到加盟商參與到該項(xiàng)目中來,就要體現(xiàn)出該項(xiàng)目的賣點(diǎn),即優(yōu)勢。本論文將首先對興趣班的課程形式以及內(nèi)容進(jìn)行介紹,然后,分別從加盟商和家長角度出發(fā),提出項(xiàng)目對兩者來說的優(yōu)勢,最后依據(jù)營銷策略中的“4P”理論,擴(kuò)展出項(xiàng)目的市場營銷策略。另外,本論文將對實(shí)施該項(xiàng)目的人員怎樣進(jìn)行科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的管理,提出自己的看法。當(dāng)然有加盟商進(jìn)入后,該項(xiàng)目還有一個(gè)使命就是盈利,所以我還會對整個(gè)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營過程中的財(cái)務(wù)運(yùn)行狀況以及盈利能力運(yùn)用財(cái)務(wù)方面的理論知識進(jìn)行分析。最后論文還介紹了運(yùn)營中可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及投資者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避的方法和手段。 論文最后的結(jié)論是:項(xiàng)目處于“藍(lán)海內(nèi)”,屬于空白市場。如果提升管理水平,有意識的防范風(fēng)險(xiǎn),投資者必將獲得可觀的回報(bào)。商業(yè)計(jì)劃的最終目的立足于培養(yǎng)青少年以及幼兒的財(cái)商,其對中國的幼兒教育的發(fā)展有重要的借鑒意義。
