動(dòng)漫人才培養(yǎng)的層次化問題探析

【摘要】:動(dòng)漫在中國起步雖早,發(fā)展卻很緩慢,無論是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)還是動(dòng)漫人才的培養(yǎng)都還處于發(fā)展初期。近年來,雖然已有不少動(dòng)漫專業(yè)的畢業(yè)生,但企業(yè)仍然抱怨招不到人才。問題究竟出在哪?本文通過"人才需求層次化"、"培養(yǎng)院校層次化"、"專業(yè)生源層次化"三方面的分析,認(rèn)為高校在培養(yǎng)不同層次動(dòng)漫人才時(shí),應(yīng)充分考慮滿足其現(xiàn)在與未來職業(yè)崗位的需求。
[Abstract]:Although the animation in China started early, the development is very slow, whether animation industry or animation talent training are still in the early stages of development. In recent years, although there have been many animation professional graduates, But companies still complain that they can't hire talent. What's the problem? Based on the analysis of the three aspects of "stratification of talent demand", "hierarchical training of colleges and universities" and "stratification of professional students", this paper points out that colleges and universities should fully consider meeting the needs of present and future professional posts when training animation talents of different levels.
