【摘要】:我國(guó)的動(dòng)漫企業(yè)存在的最大問(wèn)題是盈利模式不清晰。全球動(dòng)漫出版的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈分析表明我國(guó)的大多數(shù)企業(yè)仍處在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中附加值較低的環(huán)節(jié),我國(guó)企業(yè)需意識(shí)到僅從事動(dòng)漫代工帶來(lái)的弊端?尚Х马n國(guó)公司聯(lián)合動(dòng)漫行業(yè)與游戲行業(yè),向產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的上下游擴(kuò)展。此外,可探索學(xué)齡前動(dòng)畫等利基市場(chǎng),并重視移動(dòng)平臺(tái)帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:The biggest problem of China's animation companies is that the profit model is not clear. The analysis of the global animation publishing industry chain shows that most of the Chinese enterprises are still in the link of low added value in the industrial chain. Chinese enterprises need to realize the disadvantages brought by only engaging in animation contract industry. We can follow the example of Korean companies to combine animation industry and game industry, and expand to the upstream and downstream of the industry chain. In addition, we can explore the niche market of preschool animation and so on. And pay attention to the opportunity brought by mobile platform.
