【摘要】： 動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為發(fā)展?jié)摿薮蟮闹R(shí)密集型、勞動(dòng)密集型和資金密集型并存的“朝陽(yáng)”產(chǎn)業(yè)。發(fā)展壯大中國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè),既是提高國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力的戰(zhàn)略需要,也是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。 當(dāng)前,中國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)成長(zhǎng)環(huán)境良好,但成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中面臨原創(chuàng)人才短缺、動(dòng)漫作品創(chuàng)意不足、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策落實(shí)程度不高等問(wèn)題。對(duì)歐美及亞洲動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的國(guó)際比較研究發(fā)現(xiàn),動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式成長(zhǎng)是國(guó)際動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),值得我國(guó)借鑒。 實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)顯示,無(wú)論在全球?qū)用?還是在國(guó)家層面,動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)都呈現(xiàn)集聚特征�；诩垡蜃拥睦碚撗堇[亦證明了原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群式成長(zhǎng)的合理性。從成長(zhǎng)機(jī)理來(lái)看,原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群在特定地域空間中形成和成長(zhǎng)受到需求、要素、產(chǎn)業(yè)分工、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、政策和機(jī)遇等多方因素推動(dòng)。從成長(zhǎng)路徑來(lái)看,原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的成長(zhǎng)外化為動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的生命周期,集群的成熟度水平反映了集群的成長(zhǎng)階段。本文認(rèn)為,在超微觀的視角下,集群價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)縮小為企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈環(huán)節(jié),網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)細(xì)化為企業(yè)間價(jià)值鏈環(huán)節(jié)的聯(lián)系,而網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源是集群內(nèi)物流、知識(shí)流和資金流的集合。原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的成長(zhǎng)實(shí)質(zhì)是集群超微觀價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完善和健全,價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)完善程度可以衡量產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的成熟度�；诋a(chǎn)業(yè)集群超微觀價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析框架,本文建立了原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度評(píng)價(jià)模型和三級(jí)指標(biāo)體系,并開發(fā)了定性與定量相結(jié)合的原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法。 在對(duì)我國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成長(zhǎng)的實(shí)際調(diào)查分析中,本文考察了湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,并設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,運(yùn)用以上評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行了湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成熟度評(píng)價(jià)。評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果表明,湖南原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群還處于形成期。從政策推動(dòng)的角度,湖南應(yīng)借鑒國(guó)際先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)影響動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的四種基本要素施加積極影響,促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成長(zhǎng)。 在中國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群成長(zhǎng)的總體戰(zhàn)略上,應(yīng)實(shí)行地域化和國(guó)際化雙向互動(dòng)的戰(zhàn)略。集群應(yīng)首先加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部聯(lián)系,注重地域化成長(zhǎng)。通過(guò)價(jià)值鏈整合、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源擴(kuò)張三種機(jī)制來(lái)完善集群價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。集群還應(yīng)注重國(guó)際化成長(zhǎng)。通過(guò)國(guó)際化,能使中國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群避免在地域化發(fā)展過(guò)程中的嵌入性陷阱。我國(guó)原創(chuàng)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的國(guó)際化成長(zhǎng),應(yīng)采取以原創(chuàng)為核心,引進(jìn)資金與技術(shù),承接外包,開發(fā)衍生品設(shè)計(jì)和生產(chǎn)、立足國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)并逐步拓展國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的內(nèi)向國(guó)際化模式。
[Abstract]:Animation industry has become a knowledge-intensive, labor-intensive and capital-intensive "sunrise" industry. It is not only the strategic need of improving the soft power of national culture, but also the realistic demand of our country's economic development. At present, China's original animation industry growth environment is good, but in the process of growth faced with the shortage of original talent, animation works creative deficiencies, the risk of industrial management model. The international comparative study on the developed countries of animation industry in Europe, America and Asia shows that the cluster growth of animation industry is the advanced experience of the development of international animation industry, which is worthy of our country's reference. Actual data show that both at the global level and at the national level. Animation industry has the characteristics of agglomeration. The theoretical deduction based on the agglomeration factor also proves the rationality of the cluster growth of the original animation industry. The formation and growth of the original animation industry cluster in the specific regional space is driven by various factors, such as demand, factors, industrial division of labor, competition, policy and opportunities. The growth of the original animation industry cluster becomes the life cycle of the animation industry, and the maturity level of the cluster reflects the growth stage of the cluster. The cluster value network node is reduced to the enterprise value chain link, the network link is refined as the link between the enterprise value chain link, and the network resource is the logistics within the cluster. The essence of the growth of the original animation industry cluster is the perfection and perfection of the super-micro value network of the cluster. The maturity of industrial cluster can be measured by the degree of perfection of value network. Based on the analysis framework of super-micro value network of industrial cluster, this paper establishes the original animation industry cluster maturity evaluation model and three-level index system. And developed a qualitative and quantitative combination of the original animation industry cluster maturity comprehensive evaluation method. In the actual investigation and analysis of the growth of the original animation industry cluster in China, this paper reviews the development history and current situation of Hunan animation industry cluster, and designs a questionnaire. The evaluation results show that Hunan original animation industry cluster is still in the formation stage. From the perspective of policy promotion, Hunan should learn from the international advanced experience. It exerts positive influence on the four basic factors which affect the competitive advantage of animation industry cluster and promotes the growth of industry cluster. In the overall strategy of the growth of China's original animation industry cluster, we should implement the strategy of regionalization and internationalization two-way interaction. The cluster should first strengthen the internal contact, pay attention to the regional growth, and integrate through the value chain. Network connection strengthening and network resource expansion are three mechanisms to improve the cluster value network structure. The cluster should also pay attention to the internationalization growth. China's original animation industry cluster can avoid the embedded trap in the regional development process. The international growth of China's original animation industry cluster should take originality as the core, introduce funds and technology, undertake outsourcing. Develop derivatives design and production, based on the domestic market and gradually expand the international market inward international model.
