文章摘要：動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是世界各種文化交流、交融、交鋒的重要領(lǐng)域，隨著全球化的深入發(fā)展，這一領(lǐng)域的競爭越來越激烈。為了增強我國動漫作品的國內(nèi)影響力和國際競爭力，需要全面提升我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競爭力。這就要求我們實施動漫精品戰(zhàn)略、增強動漫內(nèi)容吸引力，培養(yǎng)高端動漫人才、完善動漫人才培養(yǎng)體系，發(fā)揮動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚效應(yīng)、打造“航母型”動漫企業(yè)，塑造具有中華文化和國際視野的動漫形象。

Abstr：The animation industry is the important area of all kinds of cultural exchange, blend, and bout in the world. With the further development of globalization, the competition of this field is more and more fierce. In order to enhance domestic influence and international competitiveness of China＇s animation works, we need to improve our country＇s core competitiveness of the animation industry, which request us to carry out the boutique anime products strategy, enhance the anime content appeal, develop high-end animation talent, improve the animation talent training system, produce animation industry agglomeration effect, make ＂aircraft cartier＂ animation enterprise, create a cartoon image with the Chinese culture and the international field of vision.
