【摘要】：電視劇是了解一個國家文化生活的窗口。作為美國最受歡迎的電視劇種類之一,情景喜劇深刻展現(xiàn)了美國社會生活和文化的面貌。情景喜劇的一個特點(diǎn)就是劇里面的人物形象具有刻板印象的特點(diǎn),情景喜劇中的某一個人物形象往往代表其所屬的群體的形象。本文主要研究美國情景喜劇中的祖母形象。盡管祖母是美國家庭情景喜劇中常見的人物形象并深受觀眾喜愛,但是已有的形象研究對于祖母的分析遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠。本文從1985年開始播出的所有家庭類美國情景喜劇中精選了七部,分別是:《黃金女郎》、《人人都愛雷蒙德》、《燃情克利夫蘭》、《老媽們》、《老友記》、《摩登家庭》、《宋飛傳》。情景喜劇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選擇是艾美獎獲獎作品或提名作品,同時也考慮了收視率狀況。通過對七部劇中的14個祖母形象進(jìn)行研究,以及對演員的臺詞、語調(diào)、服裝、以及故事情節(jié)進(jìn)行分析,本文歸納出美國家庭情景喜劇中的四個顯著的祖母形象�？贪逵∠罂梢砸暈樾叛鲇嘘P(guān)的展示社會群體人物的特征,屬性和行為�？贪逵∠蟛粌H是社會群體和社會地位之間的比較,它還包括社會角色、物理屬性和人物特征。根據(jù)這一框架,情景喜劇的祖母顯示了四個突出的形象,他們是年輕慈祥(sweetness)、(youthfulness)、毒舌(mean tongue)、控制狂(control freak)。祖母的社會角色在美國室內(nèi)情景喜劇中展現(xiàn)的是一個慈祥的祖母形象。年輕的外貌和服飾意味著男性審美的要求。人物特征反映在兩個層面,第一個是毒舌形象,另一個是控制狂形象。這鞋形象看上去是不相容的。但是從女性主義的視角下,他們是有內(nèi)部聯(lián)系的。另一種是男女之間權(quán)力的不平衡的極端表現(xiàn)為控制狂形象的祖母。慈祥的祖母形象是男權(quán)影響下美國社會中祖母的傳統(tǒng)印象。年輕的祖母形象是具有美國特色的,展現(xiàn)了美國老年群體在男性審美的要求下追求年輕外表的體現(xiàn)。毒舌形象是女性話語權(quán)的極端表現(xiàn)。英文男性與女性之間地位的不平衡,祖母對權(quán)利表現(xiàn)的更加渴望,使得她們展現(xiàn)出控制狂的形象。
[Abstract]:TV plays are a window to learn about a country's cultural life. As one of the most popular TV series in the United States, sitcom deeply shows the appearance of American social life and culture. One of the characteristics of sitcom is that the characters in the sitcom are stereotypical, and one of the characters in the sitcom often represents the image of the group to which it belongs. This paper focuses on the image of grandmother in American sitcoms. Although grandmother is one of the most popular characters in American family sitcoms, the previous research on grandmother is far from enough. This article has featured seven of the American sitcoms that began to air in 1985: "Golden Girl," everyone loves Raymond, "passionate Cleveland," Ladies "," Friends, "Modern Family," and "the Golden Girl", "everybody loves Raymond", "flirting Cleveland", "Friends", "Modern Family", "the Golden Girl", "everybody loves Raymond", "Love Cleveland." Song Fei Zhuan. The standard choice for sitcoms is an Emmy award-winning or nominees, taking into account ratings. By studying the images of 14 grandmothers in seven plays, and analyzing the actors' lines, intonation, clothing and storyline, this paper summarizes four prominent images of grandmother in American family sitcoms. Stereotypes can be seen as faith-related displays of the characteristics, attributes and behaviour of social groups. Stereotype is not only a comparison between social groups and social status, but also includes social roles, physical attributes and character characteristics. According to this framework, the sitcom's grandmother shows four prominent images: the young, kind (sweetness), (youthfulness), the poisonous tongue, (mean tongue), the control freak (control freak). Grandmother's social role in the American indoor sitcom is a kind image of grandmother. Young looks and clothes mean the aesthetic demands of men. The character features are reflected in two levels, the first is the poisonous tongue image, the other is the control maniac image. The image of the shoes looks incompatible. But from the point of view of feminism, they have internal connections. Another is the extreme imbalance of power between men and women as the image of a controlling grandmother. The benevolent image of grandmother is a traditional impression of grandmothers in American society under the influence of patriarchal power. The image of the young grandmother has American characteristics, which shows that the American elderly group pursues the young appearance under the male aesthetic request. The image of venomous tongue is the extreme expression of women's right to speak. The imbalance of status between men and women and grandmother's desire for power made them show the image of a controlling maniac.
