基于“5W”視角的紀(jì)錄片《舌尖上的中國》研究

【摘要】:紀(jì)錄片《舌尖上的中國》在央視一經(jīng)播出便引發(fā)了收視狂潮,共七集的紀(jì)錄片分別從食材、主食、轉(zhuǎn)化、時間、廚具、味道和土地等方面一一呈現(xiàn)美食之道。高清技術(shù)再現(xiàn)了形形色色食物的完美色澤,完整的詮釋了中國勞動者的勤勞和善良,也展現(xiàn)了中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的博大精深。通過“美食”這一小點切入“中華傳統(tǒng)文化”的宏大主題,讓人看到人與食物、人與人、人與自然以及人與社會的關(guān)系。無論是在國內(nèi)還是國外,這部紀(jì)錄片都贏得了超越話題的影響力。 《舌尖上的中國》并不是毫無征兆的“一夜走紅”,本文試圖通過“5W”理論框架進(jìn)行解密式的研究,即對本片的傳播主體、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播渠道、傳播受眾和傳播效果進(jìn)行深入探討。該片屬于委托拍攝,所以對主體的研究就具有特殊的意義。其中,紀(jì)錄片內(nèi)容的分析是本文的重點,通過對七集內(nèi)容的梳理,得出隱藏在美食表層后的深層次內(nèi)容,這也是片子的“精髓”。傳播渠道的分析是傳播受眾和傳播效果分析的基礎(chǔ),四個傳播渠道決定四類不同的受眾群,同時四個傳播渠道可以產(chǎn)生多個層面的影響力。文章把“5W”的五個層次聯(lián)系起來,構(gòu)成一個完整的分析體系,力求把《舌尖上的中國》從誕生到走紅的“秘密”一一挖掘出來。就每個章節(jié)來說,筆者并不只是單純理論層面的探討,而是聯(lián)系本片的實際情況,具體問題具體分析。
[Abstract]:The documentary "China on the Tip of the tongue" was broadcast on CCTV and triggered the TV frenzy, with seven episodes of documentaries from food ingredients, staple food, transformation, time, kitchen utensils, taste and land. HD technology reproduces the perfect color of all kinds of food, fully interprets the hard work and kindness of Chinese labourers, and also shows the extensive and profound traditional culture of the Chinese nation. Through the small point of "gourmet food" into the grand theme of "Chinese traditional culture", people can see the relationship between man and food, between man and man, between man and nature, and between man and society. Both at home and abroad, the documentary has gained influence beyond the topic. "China on the Tip of the tongue" is not a "overnight hit" without warning. This paper attempts to uncover the "5W" theoretical framework, that is, the dissemination of the main body of the film, the content of communication, the channels of communication. Spread the audience and the effect of communication in-depth discussion. The film is commissioned to shoot, so the study of the subject has a special significance. Among them, the analysis of documentary content is the focus of this paper. Through combing the contents of seven episodes, we can get the deep-seated content hidden behind the surface of gourmet food, which is also the "essence" of the film. The analysis of communication channels is the basis of the analysis of communication audience and communication effect. Four communication channels determine four different audience groups, and four communication channels can produce multiple levels of influence. In this paper, the five levels of "5W" are connected to form a complete analytical system, and the secret of "China on the Tip of tongue" is excavated from birth to popularity. As far as each chapter is concerned, the author is not only a theoretical discussion, but also with the actual situation of the film, specific analysis of the specific problems.
