【摘要】：本文研究當代香港電影中的飲食文化，起因是體會到香港的飲食文化作為中國西方飲食文化的融合，在呈現(xiàn)出自身特點的同時又將中國的傳統(tǒng)文化融入其中。并且香港電影在世界電影市場中占有一席之地，為傳播中華傳統(tǒng)文化做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。 本文將當代香港電影中的飲食文化的符號化和日常生活審美化作為理論支點。通過文本分析的研究方法對當代香港電影中的飲食元素進行細讀，解讀飲食文化在當代香港電影中的現(xiàn)實意蘊。文章分別從個體特征，情感特征，倫理特征和傳承特征四個方面進行分析。文中分析了當代香港電影中飲食文化的休閑養(yǎng)生和心理調(diào)適功能的視覺化呈現(xiàn)，并從情感傳達出發(fā)，，論述了情感的表現(xiàn)方式，用舌尖作為傳達情感的載體；用“團圓飯”作為文化內(nèi)涵的具體呈現(xiàn)；把餐桌看成是語言交流的紐帶。其中通過對影片中壽宴和喜宴的分析，體現(xiàn)出當代香港電影中飲食文化所展現(xiàn)出的倫理特征。文章中還著重從廚藝、武術精神和仙界傳說三個方面分析了影片中飲食文化所體現(xiàn)出對中華傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承，展現(xiàn)當代香港電影中飲食文化的傳承特征。 文章通過對上述特征的分析，將當代香港電影中的飲食文化所體出的內(nèi)涵上升到人們的精神實質(zhì)。當代香港電影對飲食文化的呈現(xiàn)，是在文化融合下，對于回歸和尋根情結的影像展現(xiàn)。電影也通過飲食文化在各階層生活中的呈現(xiàn)，體現(xiàn)出人們在現(xiàn)實生活中觀影的過程是審美的過程，更是追尋生命意義、重建精神家園和提升人生境界的過程。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the food culture in contemporary Hong Kong films. The reason is that the food culture in Hong Kong, as the fusion of Chinese western food culture, not only presents its own characteristics, but also integrates Chinese traditional culture into it. And Hong Kong film has a place in the world film market, and has made an indelible contribution to the spread of Chinese traditional culture. This paper regards the symbolization of food culture and aesthetics of daily life as the theoretical fulcrum in contemporary Hong Kong films. Through the research method of text analysis, this paper makes a careful reading of the food elements in contemporary Hong Kong films, and interprets the realistic implication of diet culture in contemporary Hong Kong films. This paper analyzes the characteristics of individual, emotion, ethics and inheritance. This paper analyzes the visual presentation of leisure and health care and psychological adjustment in contemporary Hong Kong movies, and discusses the way of expression of emotion, using the tip of tongue as the carrier to convey the emotion from the perspective of emotion transmission. Take the reunion meal as the concrete presentation of the cultural connotation; regard the dining table as the link of language communication. Through the analysis of birthday banquets and wedding banquets in the film, the ethical characteristics of the food culture in contemporary Hong Kong films are reflected. The article also analyzes the inheritance of Chinese traditional culture reflected in the food culture in the film from three aspects: cooking, martial arts spirit and fairy legends, and shows the inheritance characteristics of the food culture in contemporary Hong Kong films. Through the analysis of the above characteristics, the connotation of food culture in contemporary Hong Kong films is raised to the spiritual essence of people. The contemporary Hong Kong film to the food culture presentation, under the cultural fusion, for the return and root-seeking complex of the image display. Through the presentation of food culture in all levels of life, the film shows that the process of people watching movies in real life is an aesthetic process, but also a process of pursuing the meaning of life, rebuilding the spiritual homeland and promoting the realm of life.
