【摘要】：文章以美國分級制度的簡要?dú)v程為起點(diǎn),提煉出可供中國現(xiàn)行電影制度借鑒的一面。同時,從中國電影分級制度的"難產(chǎn)"出發(fā),探討了中國電影分級制度的趨勢與可行性以及中國電影業(yè)對分級制度的迫切期望。筆者在文章中嘗試提出了中國電影分級制度的具體政策與方法,即"分級制+審查制"與"強(qiáng)制性+建議性"雙規(guī)并行的"二級制劃分"先行模式[1]。筆者在翻閱了大量資料的同時,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國電影分級制度的具體實(shí)施方式尚為缺乏,此觀點(diǎn)實(shí)為此文創(chuàng)新的一面。如何在現(xiàn)有政策體制下使得中國電影分級制度從理論走進(jìn)實(shí)踐,系為現(xiàn)下亟待解決的關(guān)鍵性一步。
[Abstract]:Taking the brief course of American classification system as the starting point, the paper abstracts some aspects that can be used for reference by the current film system in China. At the same time, this paper discusses the trend and feasibility of Chinese film classification system and the urgent expectation of Chinese film industry for classification system from the point of view of "difficult labor" of Chinese film classification system. In this paper, the author tries to put forward the specific policies and methods of the Chinese film classification system, that is, the "two-level system division" model of "grading system review system" and "mandatory suggestion" system. After looking through a lot of materials, the author finds that the concrete implementation of Chinese film classification system is still lacking. This viewpoint is the innovation of this paper. How to make Chinese film classification system from theory to practice under the existing policy system is a key step to be solved.
