基于CAMERA LINK接口的虛擬數(shù)字相機(jī)的研究

【摘要】:數(shù)字相機(jī)由于具有高度的靈活性與可靠性,齊全的種類與完善的性能,被廣泛的應(yīng)用在工業(yè),醫(yī)療,科研,軍事等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域,成為大多數(shù)系統(tǒng)中的圖像輸入設(shè)備,負(fù)責(zé)記錄及測量等功能。而基于Camera Link接口的數(shù)字相機(jī)由于具有非常高的傳輸速率及接口協(xié)議簡單等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在科研領(lǐng)域有著非常廣泛的應(yīng)用;目前絕大多數(shù)的Camera Link接口的數(shù)字相機(jī)都與圖像處理部分配合使用,來實(shí)現(xiàn)記錄和測量功能。在圖像處理部分進(jìn)行開發(fā)和調(diào)試過程中,常常需要輸入已知的確定圖像如全黑,彩條,鑒別率靶等,來作為參考的基準(zhǔn)圖像。目前常使用相機(jī)直接對準(zhǔn)直光系統(tǒng)配合靶板成像的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)。這種方法存在著使用不便、精度不高等缺點(diǎn),已不能滿足當(dāng)前系統(tǒng)的需要。因此,迫切需要一種新的方法來將其替代。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于Camera Link接口的可輸出預(yù)定數(shù)字視頻圖案的裝置,在本文中稱為虛擬數(shù)字相機(jī)(Virtual Digital Camera)。虛擬數(shù)字相機(jī)可以輸出預(yù)先通過USB接口傳送到虛擬相機(jī)內(nèi)的圖像,輸出的格式和速率都可以調(diào)節(jié)。本文分析了國內(nèi)外該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并提出了虛擬數(shù)字相機(jī)(Virtual Digital Camera)的概念,設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的軟硬件結(jié)構(gòu),并調(diào)試出了一部樣機(jī),從而證明該設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了系統(tǒng)工作正常,使用靈活,可輸出任意圖像,從而為系統(tǒng)的調(diào)試和校準(zhǔn)提供了一個(gè)理想的解決方案。
[Abstract]:Because of its high flexibility and reliability, complete variety and perfect performance, digital camera has been widely used in many fields such as industry, medical treatment, scientific research, military and so on, and has become the image input equipment in most systems. Responsible for recording and measuring functions. The digital camera based on Camera Link interface has been widely used in the field of scientific research because of its high transmission rate and simple interface protocol. At present, most digital cameras with Camera Link interface are used in conjunction with image processing to realize recording and measuring functions. In the process of image processing development and debugging, it is often necessary to input known deterministic images such as full black, color stripes, discriminant targets and so on, as a reference image. At present, the camera is often used to directly collimate the system with the target plate imaging method to achieve. This method has some disadvantages, such as inconvenient use and low precision, so it can not meet the needs of the current system. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a new method to replace it. This paper designs a device based on Camera Link interface that can output predetermined digital video pattern, which is called virtual digital camera (Virtual Digital Camera). In this paper. The virtual digital camera can output the image which is transmitted to the virtual camera through the USB interface in advance, and the output format and speed can be adjusted. This paper analyzes the development of this field at home and abroad, and puts forward the concept of virtual digital camera (Virtual Digital Camera), designs the hardware and software structure of the system, and debugs a prototype to prove the feasibility of the design. It is proved by experiments that the system works normally, can be used flexibly, and can output arbitrary images, thus providing an ideal solution for the debugging and calibration of the system.
