電影同性戀形象與受眾的接受效果
[Abstract]:Film is a modern art form in which images and sounds are used to record and display social life. Homosexuality, as a social reality that has existed for a long time, naturally becomes the object of film display and recording. Since the "wings" in 1916, the gay film has a history of nearly 100 years. As a mass media, film is an effective means for the mainstream culture to contact and communicate with the homosexual subculture. It is also necessary to study the media image of the gay community, which can not only provide a spiritual guide for young homosexuals, but also facilitate the communication and understanding between the mainstream and the gay community. So as to promote the realization of the identity of the gay community in the society. This paper reviews the development of Chinese and American gay films and analyzes the similarities and differences of gay movies between China and the United States and their influence on the image shaping of gay groups from the aspects of the opening time, the winning situation and the focus. Finally, by using the method of content analysis, the author makes a further study on the audience comments of the selected representative sample films, and innovatively classifies the audience comments according to their emotions. And we use ROST software to analyze the high frequency words in the comments, and then analyze the interpretation way of the media image created by the film and the focus of the audience. This paper explores the actual influence of the homosexual media image created by the film on the audience. The study found that there are significant differences in the selection and performance of gay films between China and the United States, so the media images of gay groups created by Chinese and American gay films also have their own characteristics. Through the study of the audience of the model film, it is found that the media image of the gay community created by the film will have a significant impact on the audience's cognition. Although the media image created by the film does not fully accord with the true situation of the gay community, for the heterosexual audience, the film is the main way to understand the gay community. And heterosexual audiences tend to directly link the media image of the gay community in the film with the gay community in real life. In addition, the positive performance of the gay community of the film will have a positive impact on the audience, audiences tend to make a more positive interpretation of the gay community after watching. Watching gay movies will promote the audience to understand this group, and even change the understanding of some audience to the gay community, give more sympathy and tolerance. Therefore, it is of positive significance to pay attention to the media image of the gay community to promote the communication and understanding between the mainstream group and the gay group, and to promote the realization of the identity of the gay community in the society.
