國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片的媒介倫理問題研究

【摘要】:獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片往往把鏡頭對(duì)準(zhǔn)社會(huì)的“邊緣人”,描述他們隱蔽的境況和心聲,透視不同階層的生存樣貌和情感需求。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片的發(fā)展,及其在國(guó)內(nèi)外的頻頻獲獎(jiǎng),這種先鋒藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域中倡導(dǎo)“獨(dú)立和自由”精神的紀(jì)實(shí)影像藝術(shù),日益得到專家、學(xué)者的關(guān)注。 經(jīng)過了20多年的發(fā)展,經(jīng)歷誕生、發(fā)展、衰弱、探索幾個(gè)時(shí)期,“地下電影”、“DV紀(jì)錄片”、“新紀(jì)錄片”等名稱的更替之后,“獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片”這一概念及其內(nèi)涵逐漸獲得共識(shí)。與此同時(shí),“獨(dú)立”和“自由”的精神也感染了更多的人加入這個(gè)創(chuàng)作群體,致力于運(yùn)用這一精英文化的形式促進(jìn)社會(huì)的健康發(fā)展。然而,不難發(fā)現(xiàn):國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片既展現(xiàn)出極高的文化價(jià)值和社會(huì)效益,其創(chuàng)作過程中也凸顯出許多負(fù)面的影響。媒介倫理問題——一個(gè)牽涉廣泛、難以言說的話題,近年來(lái)浮出水面,,引起業(yè)界和學(xué)界的爭(zhēng)議。 獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片的媒介倫理問題與紀(jì)錄片的屬性和真實(shí)性直接相關(guān),也與地域文化、社會(huì)背景有著密切的聯(lián)系。在其創(chuàng)作過程中,媒介倫理問題常常表現(xiàn)為窺探隱私、視覺暴力、虛構(gòu)情節(jié)等層面,這種問題的出現(xiàn)不僅在于創(chuàng)作者自身媒介倫理修養(yǎng)不足,還與拍攝對(duì)象、傳播環(huán)境、受眾、政策環(huán)境、銷售市場(chǎng)、監(jiān)督機(jī)制等眾多因素有關(guān)。 因此,只有在制作、傳播、接受方面都提高媒介倫理素養(yǎng);政府和社會(huì)營(yíng)建一個(gè)寬松的文化藝術(shù)環(huán)境并且給予適當(dāng)?shù)囊?guī)范和引導(dǎo),國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片的制播才可能更加的暢通、健康,避免因?yàn)檫^度關(guān)注個(gè)人隱私而造成倫理道德傷害。獨(dú)立紀(jì)錄片所承擔(dān)的社會(huì)與文化功能才可能得到更好的發(fā)揮,也將為國(guó)家形象和文化安全提供一個(gè)更好的平臺(tái)。
[Abstract]:Independent documentaries often focus their lens on the "marginal people" of society, describe their hidden circumstances and aspirations, and see through the existence and emotional needs of different strata. With the development of independent documentaries in China and their frequent awards at home and abroad, this kind of documentary image art, which advocates the spirit of "independence and freedom" in the field of avant-garde art, has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars. After more than 20 years of development, experience of birth, development, weakness, exploration of several periods, "Underground Film", "DV documentary", "New documentary" and other names, The concept of "independent documentary" and its connotation gradually gain consensus. At the same time, the spirit of "independence" and "freedom" also infects more people to join this creative group and devote themselves to promoting the healthy development of society by using this form of elite culture. However, it is not difficult to find that independent documentaries not only exhibit high cultural value and social benefit, but also highlight many negative influences in the process of creation. Media ethics, a topic that involves a wide range of topics, has emerged in recent years, causing controversy in the industry and academia. The media ethics of independent documentary is directly related to the nature and authenticity of documentary, and also closely related to regional culture and social background. In the process of creation, the media ethics problems are often manifested in the aspects of snooping privacy, visual violence, fictional plot and so on. This kind of problem not only lies in the creator's lack of self-cultivation of media ethics, but also with the shooting object, the communication environment and the audience. Policy environment, sales market, supervision mechanism and many other factors related. Therefore, only in the production, dissemination and acceptance of media ethical literacy; the government and society to build a relaxed cultural and artistic environment and give appropriate norms and guidance, the production and broadcast of independent domestic documentaries may be more unimpeded. Health, avoid too much attention to personal privacy and resulting in ethical harm. The social and cultural functions of independent documentaries are likely to be better developed, and will provide a better platform for national image and cultural security.
