【摘要】："制作委員會"是日本電影產(chǎn)業(yè)中獨特的主要投資運作方式。本文在概述日本電影產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)造的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了"制作委員會"的基本投資運作方式。進一步探討了該運作方式的優(yōu)勢與弊端,指出日本電影"制作委員會"投資運作方式具有風(fēng)險分散和利益共享機制、電影宣傳中媒體資源的有效整合、促使作品相關(guān)權(quán)益的商業(yè)最大化等優(yōu)勢,以及作品的同質(zhì)化、利益的分散、制作公司的疲軟、權(quán)利處理的復(fù)雜化、投資向國內(nèi)市場傾倒等弊端。最后提出了電影投資方式的多樣化開發(fā)以及業(yè)界、政府、金融機構(gòu)等多方協(xié)作完善電影資金籌措環(huán)境的重要性。
[Abstract]:The production Committee is a unique major investment operation in the Japanese film industry. On the basis of summarizing the structure of Japanese film industry, this paper analyzes the basic investment mode of the production Committee. This paper further discusses the advantages and disadvantages of this mode of operation, and points out that the investment and operation mode of Japanese Film "production Committee" has the mechanism of risk dispersion and benefit sharing, and the effective integration of media resources in film propaganda. To promote the commercial maximization of the related rights and interests of works, as well as the homogeneity of works, the dispersion of interests, the weakness of production companies, the complexity of rights processing, the dumping of investment into the domestic market, and so on. Finally, the paper points out the importance of the diversified development of the film investment mode and the cooperation of the industry, the government, the financial institutions and so on to improve the financing environment of the film.
