【摘要】:食物在人們的生活中一直占據(jù)著不可或缺的位子,尤其隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)人們飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的改變,我們面臨的食品安全環(huán)境日益嚴(yán)峻,食物在人們生活中的重要性被廣泛關(guān)注!渡嗉馍系闹袊(guó)》敏銳察覺(jué)這一變化,以食物為紀(jì)錄片的主角,來(lái)反映博大精深的中國(guó)飲食文化中蘊(yùn)藏的中國(guó)人情和風(fēng)貌!渡嗉馍系闹袊(guó)》獲得的收視效果和連鎖反應(yīng)已經(jīng)證明其在中國(guó)紀(jì)錄片市場(chǎng)的成功,但到目前為止,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)該紀(jì)錄片的研究付之闕如。因此,本文選擇將《舌尖上的中國(guó)》作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)深入的研究,以期填補(bǔ)其研究的空白。 針對(duì)目前的研究狀況,本文分為四章。第一章對(duì)《舌尖上的中國(guó)》進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的概述,及其研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀等。第二章和第三章作為本文的重點(diǎn)章節(jié),主要是對(duì)《舌尖上的中國(guó)》進(jìn)行文本解讀。第二章從敘事、編輯等角度對(duì)《舌尖上的中國(guó)》進(jìn)行文本分析,主要分析影片中通過(guò)食物對(duì)普通中國(guó)人、家庭和集體進(jìn)行的形象塑造,使食物在影片中成為個(gè)體和集體記憶的載體;同時(shí)影片選題與現(xiàn)實(shí)議題對(duì)接,在真誠(chéng)質(zhì)樸的風(fēng)格中,技巧性地通過(guò)對(duì)片斷性題材的組接來(lái)表達(dá)其鮮明的主題。第三章主要從紀(jì)錄片中鏡頭的表現(xiàn)方法與解說(shuō)詞的特點(diǎn)出發(fā),分析鏡頭的編輯技巧、鏡頭紀(jì)實(shí)元素與造型元素的運(yùn)用以及細(xì)節(jié)的展示與表達(dá);并分析了解說(shuō)詞專(zhuān)業(yè)性、通識(shí)性和人文性的特點(diǎn)。第四章主要分析《舌尖上的中國(guó)》的價(jià)值建構(gòu),主要是指創(chuàng)作者在影片中建構(gòu)的文化語(yǔ)境,以及在展示生活原態(tài)風(fēng)貌和挖掘民族精神的過(guò)程中所流露出的人文關(guān)懷。 本文運(yùn)用美學(xué)、心理學(xué)等相關(guān)理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行文本分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合其他文本,研究表明在國(guó)內(nèi)紀(jì)錄片發(fā)展欣欣向榮的大背景下,《舌尖上的中國(guó)》的成功具有標(biāo)志性的意義和啟示,將會(huì)給國(guó)內(nèi)紀(jì)錄片的創(chuàng)作和發(fā)展帶來(lái)深遠(yuǎn)的影響。
[Abstract]:Food has always occupied an indispensable position in people's lives, especially with the change of people's diet structure in modern society, the food safety environment we face is becoming increasingly severe. The importance of food in people's lives has received widespread attention. "China on the tip of the tongue" is acutely aware of this change, with food as the protagonist of the documentary. To reflect the Chinese feelings and features contained in the extensive and profound Chinese food culture. The viewing effect and chain reaction of "China on the tongue" has proved its success in the Chinese documentary market, but so far, There is no domestic research on the documentary. Therefore, this paper chooses "China on the tip of the tongue" as the research object, carries on the systematic and deep research to it, in order to fill the blank of its research. According to the present research situation, this article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter gives a brief overview of China on the tip of the tongue, its research significance, research status and so on. The second and third chapters are the key chapters of this paper, mainly the text interpretation of China on the tip of the tongue. The second chapter analyzes the text of China on the tongue from the perspective of narration and editing. It mainly analyzes the image shaping of ordinary Chinese, family and group through food in the film. Make food become the carrier of individual and collective memory in the film; at the same time, the topic of the film docked with the realistic topic, in the sincere and simple style, skillfully expressed its distinct theme through the group of the fragment theme. The third chapter mainly from the documentary film lens expression method and the explanation word characteristic, analyzes the lens editing skill, the lens documentary element and the modelling element use as well as the detail display and the expression, and has analyzed the narration specialized, The characteristics of generality and humanity. The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the value construction of "China on the tip of the tongue", mainly refers to the cultural context constructed by the creator in the film. As well as the humanistic concern in the process of showing the original style of life and excavating the national spirit. This paper uses the relevant theories of aesthetics and psychology to analyze the text and combine the other texts. The research shows that the success of "China on the tongue" has iconic significance and enlightenment under the background of the flourishing development of domestic documentaries, which will bring profound influence to the creation and development of domestic documentaries.
