【摘要】：法國奉行"文化例外"政策,堅持電影藝術(shù)創(chuàng)新和文化多樣共存,以國家主導(dǎo)的管理方式,通過立法、政府組織和補貼方式支持藝術(shù)電影和藝術(shù)電影院線,為電影藝術(shù)的獨立發(fā)展創(chuàng)造空間。面對社會與科技發(fā)展,法國也制定新的發(fā)展計劃應(yīng)對行業(yè)新的競爭,不斷為藝術(shù)電影在法國和全球的發(fā)展提供動力與支持。法國的政策也可以成為我國藝術(shù)電影在當(dāng)下商業(yè)化環(huán)境中生存發(fā)展的寶貴借鑒。
[Abstract]:France pursues a "cultural exception" policy, insists on the coexistence of innovation and cultural diversity in film art, and supports art films and art cinema chains through legislation, government organization and subsidies in a state-led manner. Create space for the independent development of film art. In the face of the development of society and science and technology, France has also formulated new development plans to cope with the new competition in the industry and to provide impetus and support for the development of art films in France and around the world. French policy can also become a valuable reference for the survival and development of Chinese art films in the current commercial environment.
