【摘要】：動畫電影中的角色設(shè)計直接影響影片的成敗,是動畫電影創(chuàng)作中一項重要工作。美國動畫電影特別注重角色形象的塑造,許多動畫形象被觀眾認知,這里邊也不乏一些經(jīng)典動物配角形象。動物配角作為美國動畫電影中經(jīng)典配角形象,對影片和主人公都有重要的作用,它們的形象和性格讓觀眾倍感親切可愛,它們的動作和行為常常逗的觀眾捧腹大笑,一部影片如果少了它們的陪襯也會黯然失色。由此可見,這些動物配角在美國動畫電影發(fā)展歷程中占據(jù)了重要地位。本文從美國動畫電影的歷史入手,鎖定與人物主角互動的動物配角作為研究對象,引入角色形象符號概念,探尋它們在動畫影片中的功能和作用。針對以下四個方面對動物配角進行研究： 一、.從歷史角度和形象符號入手,提取動物配角形象。美國動畫電影角色構(gòu)成可分為人物角色、動物角色、非生命類角色以及奇幻角色四大類。自1937年第一部動畫長片《白雪公主》的誕生,動物配角形象便成為一個固定符號出現(xiàn)在一系列影片當中。迪士尼、皮克斯、夢工廠、藍天工作室等美國知名動畫公司在其發(fā)展的歷史過程當中,動物配角都占據(jù)重要的比例,從而勾畫出形形色色的動物配角群像。 二、動物配角形象的塑造。美國動畫電影中利用卡通化的造型加以夸張和想象,結(jié)合喜劇式的表演風格和擬人化手法的應用,塑造出深入人心的動物配角形象。這些動物配角一起率真的天性、可愛的造型、生動的個性、滑稽的表演博得了觀眾的喜愛。 三、以電腦動畫的誕生為分界點,探索動畫創(chuàng)作進入新世紀后對動物配角塑造產(chǎn)生的影響。二十世紀九十年代,電腦動畫制作技術(shù)的發(fā)明成為動畫電影的重要變革,影片從傳統(tǒng)的二維手工制作轉(zhuǎn)入電腦三維技術(shù)制作,新技術(shù)促使動物配角形象更加生動立體的同時其個性也隨著立體飽滿起來,動物配角的娛樂功能也轉(zhuǎn)向敘事、襯托主題、推動情節(jié)發(fā)展,這些策略都產(chǎn)生符合時代需求的變革。 四、從人物主角和影片敘事切入,探討動物配角在影片中的功能性。美國動畫電影在好萊塢的影響下形成了相對模式化的敘事方式,人物主角和動物配角的搭配形式,也成為其重要的敘事策略。動物配角的加入補充人物主角的缺陷使得人物主角更加生動真實可信,即增添了故事的趣味性,又成為故事發(fā)展的重要情節(jié)要素,增加影片主題的深刻意義。 動物配角形象作為美國動畫電影的重要敘事策略,其卡通化的造型,喜劇式的表演,擬人化的性格以及模式化的搭配都與影片整體密切相關(guān),它們所傳遞出來的文化內(nèi)涵和娛樂精神,是美國動畫電影呈現(xiàn)出獨特的敘事風格和藝術(shù)審美價值。
[Abstract]:The character design in the animation film directly affects the success or failure of the film and is an important work in the animation film creation.American animation films pay special attention to the role image, many animation images are recognized by the audience, and there are some classic supporting animal images.As the classic supporting characters in American animated movies, animal supporting actors play an important role in the film and the protagonists. Their images and characters make the audience feel very kind and lovely. Their actions and behaviors often make the audience laugh.A film without their foil will be eclipsed.It can be seen that the supporting roles of these animals play an important role in the development of American animation films.Starting with the history of American animated films, this paper focuses on the animal supporting actors who interact with the protagonists, introduces the concept of character image symbols, and explores their functions and functions in animated films.The supporting roles of animals are studied in the following four aspects:A little.From the historical angle and the image symbol, the animal supporting role image is extracted.American animated movie characters can be divided into four categories: characters, animal characters, inanimate characters and fantasy characters.Since the birth of Snow White, the first animated feature film in 1937, the supporting animal character has become a fixed symbol in a series of films.Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, Blue Sky Studio and other well-known American animation companies in its development history, animal supporting roles occupy an important proportion, thus drawing a variety of supporting animal groups.Second, the image of animal supporting role.In the American animation film, the cartonized modeling is used to exaggerate and imagine, combined with the comedy acting style and the application of the personification, the image of the supporting role of the animals deeply rooted in the hearts of the people is molded.The supporting characters of these animals, with their frank nature, lovely shape, vivid personality and funny performance, are popular with the audience.Thirdly, with the birth of computer animation as the dividing point, the paper explores the influence of animation creation on the supporting role of animals in the new century.In the nineties of the 20th century, the invention of computer animation technology became an important change in animation film. The film changed from traditional two-dimensional manual production to computer three-dimensional technology.The new technology makes the supporting image of animals more vivid and stereoscopic, while its personality also becomes full with the stereo. The entertainment function of the supporting roles of animals also turns to narration, set off the theme, and promote the development of plot. These strategies have brought about changes that meet the needs of the times.Fourth, from the characters and the film narration cut into, discusses the animal supporting role in the film function.Under the influence of Hollywood, American animated films have formed a relatively stylized narrative style, and the matching form between the protagonist and the supporting role of animals has also become an important narrative strategy.The supplement of animal supporting actors makes the characters more vivid and truthful, that is, it increases the interest of the story, becomes an important element of the story development, and increases the profound significance of the theme of the film.As an important narrative strategy in American animated movies, animal supporting characters are closely related to the whole of the film, such as its katonized modeling, comedy performance, personified personality and stylized collocation.Their cultural connotation and entertainment spirit are the unique narrative style and aesthetic value of American animated films.
