【摘要】：輔導(dǎo)員隊伍是我國高校學(xué)生思想政治教育的重要力量,對辦好中國特色社會主義大學(xué)、立德樹人具有非常重要的作用。但當(dāng)前社會各界對輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的認(rèn)知存在偏差,輔導(dǎo)員社會存在感較低。而且當(dāng)前輔導(dǎo)員的許多工作內(nèi)容、工作范圍超出了其職業(yè)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn),給許多輔導(dǎo)員帶來很大困惑,造成輔導(dǎo)員流失問題嚴(yán)重。正是基于以上原因,筆者采取紀(jì)錄片的方式記錄、反映高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作、生活,以促進社會各界對高校輔導(dǎo)員的關(guān)注和重視,對他們工作的理解和支持。紀(jì)錄片《高校螺絲釘》以高校輔導(dǎo)員為拍攝對象,以人物為主線,以主要事件為線索,真實的記錄了高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作內(nèi)容以及工作狀態(tài)。本創(chuàng)作說明書扼要介紹了紀(jì)錄片《高校螺絲釘》的創(chuàng)作過程,主要包括紀(jì)錄片的選題與立意、前期策劃與準(zhǔn)備、中期拍攝以及后期制作等,對拍攝地點、拍攝對象的選取,拍攝場景以及拍攝角度的確定,剪輯方法的應(yīng)用等進行了闡述。紀(jì)錄片《高校螺絲釘》的創(chuàng)作為輔導(dǎo)員工作研究提供了參考案例,豐富了輔導(dǎo)員工作的影像資料。同時,作者通過此次創(chuàng)作,檢驗了所學(xué)的理論知識以及創(chuàng)作技能,為今后的創(chuàng)作奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Counselor team is an important force in ideological and political education of college students in our country. It plays a very important role in running socialism university with Chinese characteristics. The sense of social existence of counselors is low. Moreover, many of the contents of counselors' work scope exceed their professional ability standard, which brings a lot of confusion to many counselors and causes serious loss of counselors. The author adopts documentary recording to reflect the work and life of college counselors in order to promote the attention and attention of college counselors from all walks of life. Understanding and support for their work. The documentary "University screws" takes college counselors as the subject, characters as the main line, and major events as the clue. This creation manual briefly introduces the creation process of documentary film "university screw", including the selection and intention of documentary, the planning and preparation of the early stage. Medium shooting and post production, the location of the shooting, the selection of the shooting object, the shooting scene and the determination of the shooting angle, The application of editing method is expounded. The creation of documentary film "University screws" provides a reference case for the study of counselors' work and enriches the video materials of counselors' work.
