【摘要】:在競爭日趨激烈的知識經(jīng)濟時代,人力資源管理的重要性逐漸突出。如何構建一套科學有效的員工激勵機制,,最大限度地發(fā)揮員工工作積極性、主動性和創(chuàng)造性,這對企業(yè)的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有深遠的意義。目前,湖南大劇院影業(yè)有限公司正處在重要的發(fā)展階段,外部市場環(huán)境競爭亦日益激烈,這就要求公司必須構建一支斗志旺盛、不屈不撓的員工隊伍,作為公司生存和發(fā)展的動力源泉。 在回顧人力資源管理方面的諸多激勵理論和相關文獻的基礎上,本文通過問卷調(diào)查的方式,對湖南大劇院影業(yè)有限公司員工激勵現(xiàn)狀進行了了解,指出湖南大劇院影業(yè)有限公司在實施激勵機制中存在的問題并分析了成因,進一步強調(diào)改進激勵機制的重要性與迫切性。然后,結合湖南大劇院影業(yè)有限公司自身的特點,從物質(zhì)激勵、精神激勵和工作激勵三個方面提出激勵機制的優(yōu)化方案,得出培育凝聚人心的企業(yè)文化、建設積極向上且和諧健康的職場、建立制度化的員工培訓體系、設置科學合理的績效管理體系、構建以業(yè)績?yōu)閷虻男匠昴J剑煌晟萍罴s束相結合的淘汰及退出機制為主要內(nèi)容的新激勵機制。最后根據(jù)湖南大劇院影業(yè)有限公司實際情況,對改進的激勵機制的實施提出保障措施和推進步驟,并對可能出現(xiàn)的問題構建出相應的解決方案。 本研究在員工職業(yè)生涯的設定、績效考核體系的建立及非競爭性薪酬的激勵方面對企業(yè)有一定的指導意義,同時對于其他影業(yè)公司的發(fā)展也具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In the era of increasingly competitive knowledge economy, the importance of human resource management is gradually prominent. How to construct a set of scientific and effective staff incentive mechanism to maximize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of staff, At present, Hunan Grand Theater Film Co., Ltd. is in an important stage of development, and the external market environment is increasingly competitive, which requires the company to build a strong fighting spirit. Indomitable staff, as the company's survival and development of the source of power. On the basis of reviewing many incentive theories and related documents in human resource management, this paper, by means of questionnaire survey, makes an understanding of the current situation of staff motivation in Hunan Grand Theater Film Co., Ltd. This paper points out the problems existing in the implementation of incentive mechanism in Hunan Grand Theater Film Co., Ltd., analyzes the causes, and further emphasizes the importance and urgency of improving the incentive mechanism. Then, combined with the characteristics of Hunan Grand Theater Film Co., Ltd. From the three aspects of material incentive, spiritual incentive and work incentive, the optimization scheme of incentive mechanism is put forward, and the enterprise culture that condenses people's heart, the construction of a positive and harmonious and healthy workplace, and the establishment of an institutionalized staff training system are obtained. Set up scientific and reasonable performance management system, construct performance-oriented compensation model, perfect the new incentive mechanism which combines incentive and restriction with elimination and withdrawal mechanism. Finally, according to the actual situation of Hunan Grand Theater Film Co., Ltd. This paper puts forward the safeguard measures and promotion steps for the implementation of the improved incentive mechanism, and constructs the corresponding solutions to the possible problems. This study has certain guiding significance to the enterprises in the setting up of the employee's career, the establishment of the performance appraisal system and the incentive of the non-competitive salary, at the same time, it has certain reference function to the development of other film companies.
