上海地區(qū)電影檢查制度初探(1927~1937年)

【摘要】:1927年,國民黨南京國民政府成立,此后十年間,是中國近代史上一個發(fā)展相對平穩(wěn)的時期,在此階段,經(jīng)濟、文化和政治都有了較為快速的發(fā)展,電影產(chǎn)業(yè)也日漸蓬勃。而上海作為早期開放港口之一,較早接觸國際文化潮流,在近代化歷程中占有獨特地位,其電影業(yè)的發(fā)展在當時的中國也是首屈一指。本文著眼于1927年~1937年上海地區(qū)的電影審查制度,試圖厘清上海地區(qū)電影檢查制度的建立與實施狀況,探索影響其背后的一系列因素,展現(xiàn)電影業(yè)的另一個側(cè)面。全文分為四個部分。第一部分為緒論,系統(tǒng)介紹了上海地區(qū)的電影業(yè)整體狀況。主要分兩點,一是對電影檢查的需求作簡要梳理,二是簡單介紹現(xiàn)階段對于民國時期電影檢查的研究狀況,由此引出探討上海地區(qū)電影檢查制度的研究意義,并敘述本文主要的寫作思路和研究方法。第二部分為論文的第二、三章,也是本文的核心部分。民國年間的上海在行政劃分上主要被劃割為租界區(qū)華界區(qū),論文在第二章和第三章里分別探討了公共租界區(qū)的電影檢查制度和國民政府采取的電影檢查措施(其效力范圍主要限于華界區(qū))。通過這樣的梳理,可以大致把握20世紀30年代,上海地區(qū)電影檢查發(fā)展的脈絡,由此也可以看出背后影響其發(fā)展的國際環(huán)境和政治目的變化。第三部分為論文的第四章,是關(guān)于租界區(qū)內(nèi)電影檢查權(quán)利界定的論述。首先敘述了租界內(nèi)的公共租界與法租界在電影審查制度上的異同,后以“不怕死”事件為切入點,通過對“不怕死”事件的探究,并結(jié)合前幾章的分析,討論租界區(qū)與國民政府在電影檢查上的合作與對抗。第四章為結(jié)語。通過介紹在電影檢查制度逐漸完善下電影審查的內(nèi)容,將電檢法放在大的時代背景下考量,思考電檢法的作用與意義。
[Abstract]:In 1927, the Kuomintang Nanjing National Government was established, and for the next ten years, it was a relatively stable period of development in the modern history of China. At this stage, the economy, culture and politics developed relatively rapidly. The film industry is also booming. As one of the early open ports, Shanghai took a unique position in the process of modernization because of its early exposure to international cultural trends. The development of its film industry was also the first in China at that time. This paper, focusing on the film censorship system in Shanghai from 1927 to 1937, tries to clarify the establishment and implementation of the film censorship system in Shanghai. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an introduction, which systematically introduces the overall situation of the film industry in Shanghai. The first is a brief review of the needs of film censorship, and the second is a brief introduction of the current research status of film censorship in the Republic of China, which leads to the significance of the study of the film censorship system in Shanghai. The second part is divided into the second and third chapters, which are also the core of this paper. In the Republic of China, Shanghai has been divided into the concession area and the Chinese border area in the administrative division. In the second and third chapters, respectively, the paper discusses the film censorship system in the public concession area and the measures taken by the National Government to censor the film (the scope of its effect is mainly limited to the Chinese border area). Through this sort of combing, we can roughly grasp the 1930s. The development of film censorship in Shanghai also shows the changes in the international environment and political objectives that influence the development of the film industry. The third part is the 4th chapter of the thesis. It is about the definition of the right of film censorship in the concession area. Firstly, the similarities and differences between the public concession and the French concession in the film censorship system are described, and then, with the incident of "not afraid of death" as the starting point, through the exploration of the incident of "not afraid to die", Combined with the analysis of the previous chapters, this paper discusses the cooperation and confrontation between the concession area and the National Government in film censorship. Chapter 4th is the conclusion. By introducing the content of film censorship under the gradual improvement of the film censorship system, In this paper, the function and significance of electric inspection method are considered under the background of the times.
