【摘要】：醫(yī)療題材電視劇的概念起源于美國(guó),它作為一種較為新穎的電視劇類型,一經(jīng)播出便受到觀眾的追捧。醫(yī)療題材電視劇簡(jiǎn)稱醫(yī)療劇,是指以醫(yī)院為敘事背景、醫(yī)護(hù)人員為敘事主體,以治病救人和醫(yī)患社會(huì)矛盾為故事主線的一種電視劇類型。醫(yī)療劇的核心內(nèi)容在于對(duì)人性和生命價(jià)值的探討,它不僅僅通過(guò)對(duì)病患痛苦的展現(xiàn)來(lái)警示人們對(duì)生命的珍惜,更是著重表現(xiàn)對(duì)生命的尊重和熱愛(ài)。本文對(duì)醫(yī)療劇的定義進(jìn)行了概述,并梳理了中韓醫(yī)療劇的發(fā)展歷程,圍繞中韓醫(yī)療題材電視劇這一主題,分別從藝術(shù)特征、文化傳播、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較,可以看出中韓醫(yī)療劇雖然共同傳承著儒家傳統(tǒng)文化,但是在人物塑造、敘事結(jié)構(gòu)、視聽(tīng)語(yǔ)言、管理體制等方面都有各自的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。韓國(guó)醫(yī)療劇擅長(zhǎng)融入本民族特有的文化特色,它在鏡頭語(yǔ)言、畫面色彩、音樂(lè)、剪輯方式等方面都體現(xiàn)出濃郁的韓國(guó)風(fēng)格。韓國(guó)政府的大力支持政策也為韓國(guó)醫(yī)療劇的創(chuàng)作和發(fā)展提供了足夠自由的空間。進(jìn)而總結(jié)出韓國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)醫(yī)療劇的啟示,從而為中國(guó)醫(yī)療題材電視劇的創(chuàng)作如何更加適應(yīng)中國(guó)觀眾的需求、如何開拓新的發(fā)展空間,提供一定的學(xué)術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:The concept of medical TV drama originated in the United States, as a relatively novel type of TV series, once broadcast, it was sought after by the audience. Medical TV series, referred to as medical drama, refers to the hospital as the narrative background. The medical staff is the narrative subject, and the social contradiction between curing the sick and saving the patient is the main line of the TV series. The core content of the medical drama lies in the discussion of the human nature and the value of life. It not only warns people to cherish life by showing their suffering, but also shows respect and love for life. This paper summarizes the definition of medical drama, and combs the development of Chinese and Korean medical drama. Focusing on the theme of Chinese and Korean medical drama, we compare the artistic characteristics, cultural dissemination, production and management of these three aspects, and we can see that although Chinese and Korean medical drama inherits the traditional Confucian culture together, it shapes the characters. The narrative structure, audiovisual language, management system and so on have their own advantages and disadvantages. Korean medical drama is good at integrating the unique cultural characteristics of the nation. It is good at lens language, picture color, music, etc. The editing methods and other aspects all reflect a strong Korean style. The strong support policies of the Korean government also provide enough free space for the creation and development of Korean medical dramas. And then sum up the enlightenment of South Korea to Chinese medical dramas. Thus, it provides a certain academic reference for the creation of Chinese medical TV series how to meet the needs of the Chinese audience, how to open up new development space and how to provide a certain academic reference.
