報告摘要:
決策過程中,估計誤差表示實際結(jié)果和預(yù)期之間的差別(包括獎賞估計誤差和風(fēng)險估計誤差)。在模糊決策中,估計誤差可以被人腦表征,并被學(xué)習(xí)從而更新預(yù)期和優(yōu)化決策。然而,估計誤差的表征和學(xué)習(xí)的神經(jīng)機制仍不清楚。該研究中,兩組被試在fMRI環(huán)境下分別完成了愛荷華博弈任務(wù)(IGT)和風(fēng)險決策任務(wù)(RDT)。IGT中估計誤差被表征且被學(xué)習(xí),而RDT中估計誤差僅被表征。因此,通過比較兩個任務(wù)中兩種估計誤差的相關(guān)腦區(qū),可以獲得估計誤差表征和學(xué)習(xí)的機制。結(jié)果表明:(1)估計誤差表征相關(guān)腦區(qū),即估計誤差相關(guān)腦區(qū)中,IGT和RDT的共性部分,,包括尾核、前腦島和右側(cè)顳上回。估計誤差學(xué)習(xí)的腦區(qū),即只在IGT中與估計誤差相關(guān)的腦區(qū),包括喙側(cè)前扣帶回、后扣帶回和左側(cè)顳中回;(2)表征過程中,兩種估計誤差具有獨立的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ);而學(xué)習(xí)過程中,兩種估計誤差具有共同的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。此外,不確定性等分析驗證了估計誤差表征和學(xué)習(xí)的不同功能;tDCS實驗支持了估計誤差學(xué)習(xí)腦區(qū)的必要性。我們的結(jié)果給出了人腦對估計誤差的表征和學(xué)習(xí)的神經(jīng)基礎(chǔ)。
報告人簡介:
Dr Zhang started to research on the neural basis of high level cognitive process when he was a graduate student. Upon completion of his doctorate in biophysics at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) in 2005, he was invited to be a visiting research fellow at the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIH/NIDA) where he continued his research about the neural basis of nicotine addiction using multiple neuroimaging tools. In 2010, he joined the faculty at USTC and was invited to be the professor/PI in life sccience school and the chief of the cognitive neuropsychology lab. He currently is focusing on the neural basis of the decision making in drug and behavior (game or internet) addiction. His research has been published in Biological Psychiatry, Neuroimage, Human Brain Mapping, Plos ONE, etc.
