摘要：

兒童權(quán)利理論是公共圖書館未成年人服務(wù)的基本理論之一。我國(guó)公共圖書館未成年人服務(wù)實(shí)踐中，兒童權(quán)利涉及三個(gè)主題：①兒童的平等權(quán)利，，討論圖書館及其資源對(duì)未成年人開(kāi)放，平等地服務(wù)于未成年人的問(wèn)題；②圖書館服務(wù)中的兒童優(yōu)先，闡述兒童優(yōu)先原則在服務(wù)中的應(yīng)用，以及未成年人服務(wù)安全的問(wèn)題；③對(duì)所有兒童平等服務(wù)．討論開(kāi)展多樣化服務(wù)和服務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施中向特殊人群傾斜的問(wèn)題。參考文獻(xiàn)24。

Abstract： 

One of important theories is principle of children's fights in public library service for minors. There are three subjects referred to tile services in China: 1) On equal rights of the children, including library and it's resources open to minors, equal library service for minors. 2) The principle of "putting children first" of library service, including how the principle was used in library service, and security of services for minors. 3) Equal library service for all children, including to carry out a variety of services, and to make service design and implementation in favor of special groups. 24 refs.
