本文關(guān)鍵詞：英語專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文中學(xué)術(shù)名詞的類鏈接研究，由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。

【摘要】：近年來,國外學(xué)者對學(xué)術(shù)詞匯在學(xué)術(shù)英語中的重要性的研究很廣泛,然而國內(nèi)對這樣的研究卻不多見。根據(jù)作者本人的一篇綜述文章得知,絕大多數(shù)的研究集中在英語作為第二語言學(xué)習(xí)的大學(xué)生產(chǎn)出的中間語語料上,比如大學(xué)英語四級或六級作文,卻很少關(guān)注第二語言學(xué)習(xí)者在學(xué)術(shù)英語這一文體中應(yīng)用的特點,尤其是研究生學(xué)位論文這樣的語料。中國研究生英語教學(xué)的目的是讓研究生掌握足夠的英語技能包括對學(xué)術(shù)英語知識的掌握和一般英語的精通,以便在將來的學(xué)術(shù)英語學(xué)習(xí)和交流中能夠運用自如。本文基于語料庫語言學(xué)理論和語料庫方法研究英語專業(yè)不同研究領(lǐng)域的學(xué)位論文中學(xué)術(shù)名詞的類鏈接特點及其規(guī)律,目的是為研究生和大學(xué)英語教師在學(xué)術(shù)英語學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)方面提供一些參考。 為了進行這一研究,我們首先建立了一個英語研究生學(xué)位論文語料庫。庫中語料來自廣西師范大學(xué)外國語學(xué)院英語語料庫與外語實證研究實驗室2000級到2007級英語研究生的學(xué)位論文。根據(jù)本文的研究目標和樣本中學(xué)位論文的不同研究領(lǐng)域,我們將這些學(xué)位論文分為兩類：文學(xué)類學(xué)位論文和語言類學(xué)位論文。文學(xué)類是研究文學(xué)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)位論文,包含研究英美文學(xué)的學(xué)位論文。語言類是研究語言領(lǐng)域的學(xué)位論文,在類別上比較廣泛,包括認知語言學(xué)、語用學(xué)、社會語言學(xué)、功能語言學(xué)、語言與文化、英語教學(xué)論和翻譯理論與實踐方面的學(xué)位論文。其次,與本研究相關(guān)的一些數(shù)據(jù)通過兩個階段進行了搜集。每一類中的所有名詞及其標準頻數(shù)在100以上的學(xué)術(shù)名詞在第一階段搜集完成,兩類詞頻列表中有30個相同的學(xué)術(shù)名詞的詞族,這30個學(xué)術(shù)名詞的詞族作為類鏈接分析中的研究項目。在第二階段,我們確定了5種類鏈接形式：(1)名詞+名詞；(2)形容詞+名詞；(3)名詞+of+名詞；(4)動詞+名詞；(5)介詞+名詞。之后對這5種類鏈接形式在每一類學(xué)位論文中進行相應(yīng)的頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計。 本文主要回答以下兩個問題：(1)學(xué)術(shù)名詞的5種類鏈接形式在兩類學(xué)位論文中的應(yīng)用是否不同?(2)學(xué)術(shù)名詞在5種類鏈接形式中的搭配詞有何語義特點? 本文主要得出以下結(jié)論：(1)總體而言,5種類鏈接形式在兩類學(xué)位論文中具有顯著性差異；每一個詞族中的學(xué)術(shù)名詞在兩類學(xué)位論文類鏈接應(yīng)用中也都有顯著性差異,除了詞族COMMUNICATE, FEATURE和STATUS中的學(xué)術(shù)名詞；(2)每一類中學(xué)術(shù)名詞的類鏈接形式具有相應(yīng)的語義特性。在文學(xué)類學(xué)術(shù)名詞類鏈接形式中,常與之搭配的詞具有文學(xué)、藝術(shù)和人文精神的語義特征；在語言類學(xué)術(shù)名詞類鏈接形式中,搭配詞較側(cè)重于語言發(fā)展研究和英語第二語言教學(xué)研究的意義。 這些發(fā)現(xiàn)對不同研究領(lǐng)域的研究生在其學(xué)術(shù)論文寫作中有較針對性的幫助和啟示,對目前的學(xué)術(shù)英語教學(xué)模式和研究生培養(yǎng)目標有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。另外,英語碩士研究生學(xué)位論文語料庫的建立是一次有益的嘗試,它提供了英語專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文不同研究領(lǐng)域中的學(xué)術(shù)名詞類鏈接特點。作為直接的教學(xué)資源,可以為大學(xué)中的教師在學(xué)術(shù)英語教學(xué)與研究中提供參考價值。
