1.1. Background of the Research:
The current economic development of China could be traced back to 1978, when the then People Government of China made the harsh decision to liberalize the economy and implement the market economy in the country (CANET, 2001). This decision not only opens new doors of development for the people living in the country, but also opens new horizon for the relationship with other countries. China accomplished remarkable growth throughout 1980s and 1990s; however a major milestone was accomplished after the arrival of internet, particularly after the country ratifies the WTO in December 2001 (Zhengwei, 2011). This may be regarded as a real turn in the history of China that opened new horizon for its economic relationship with other countries, particularly the Anglo-Western countries.
