1. Abstract:
Haier Electronics, which is one the biggest electronics multinational company based in China, has accomplished remarkable success throughout its history by engaging in various growth related strategy. Most of the growth of the firm could be attributed to the aggressive internationalization where the firm has been locating its different value-adding and value-delivery operations outside the country. Realizing the huge market potentials in the UK market, the firm wishes to exploit the market demand in the UK. The accompanying paper identify that how the organization could effectively and efficiently accomplish its goals in the UK market by identifying a numbers of HR related issues that the organization may encounter in the UK market, by first contrasting how the HR practices in the head office of the organization are carried out how the HR practices are carried out in UK. The paper then recommend some HR related recommendation and a feasible strategy that could help the business organization in better accomplishing its goals and objectives with respect to UK's operation.
