【摘要】：正全新式精密圖案涂布技術(shù)之開發(fā)與研究——「太極涂布法」博士:林怡君畢業(yè)學(xué)校:臺灣大學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師:王安邦精密圖案產(chǎn)生技術(shù)之應(yīng)用范圍越來越廣泛,除了過去廣為應(yīng)用在書籍印刷等知識傳播領(lǐng)域外,近年來配合現(xiàn)代科技的發(fā)展,也被大量運用于半導(dǎo)體、平面顯示器及生物醫(yī)學(xué)產(chǎn)業(yè)。而因應(yīng)全球綠色環(huán)保節(jié)能之大趨勢,各式圖案涂布技術(shù)(patterncoating)正如雨后春筍般的被開發(fā)并應(yīng)用,此類技術(shù)利用流體控制及機械動作,直接將圖案定義于涂布基材上,以免去傳統(tǒng)批式(batch)制程中高耗時、耗能、高廢料、且高污染之微影蝕刻制程,并以卷對卷(roll-to-roll)方式快速且連續(xù)生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the development of modern science and technology has been widely used in semiconductor , flat panel displays and biomedical industries . In addition to the wide application of modern science and technology in the field of knowledge transmission such as book printing , various pattern coating techniques have been widely used in semiconductor , flat display and biomedical industries .
