【摘要】:正壓電管式復合驅(qū)動器及其應用研究作者:馬玉婷畢業(yè)學校:中國科學技術大學指導教師:馮志華使用壓電陶瓷管與基質(zhì)復合,制成壓電管式復合驅(qū)動器以適應于多種場合的應用。除具有傳統(tǒng)壓電復合物的優(yōu)點之外,壓電管式復合物所需的極化和驅(qū)動電壓低,能夠與導體基質(zhì)復合,每個壓電陶瓷管可以獨立控制,電場利用率高,易于完成多模式驅(qū)動;诙坦艿钠瑺顝秃衔锟蓱迷诔暡ê透哳l振動抑制方面;陂L管的片狀或者塊狀復合物可以用在所需位移較大的場合,例如形狀控制、中低頻的振動和噪聲控制、變形鏡和壓電馬達等。
[Abstract]:Study on piezoelectric tube composite actuator and its application authors: Ma Yuting Graduate School: guidance teacher of China University of Science and Technology Feng Zhihua uses piezoelectric ceramic tube to combine with matrix.A piezoelectric tube composite actuator is made for various applications.In addition to the advantages of traditional piezoelectric composites, piezoelectric tubular composites require low polarization and drive voltage, can be combined with conductor matrix, each piezoelectric ceramic tube can be independently controlled, the electric field utilization ratio is high, and it is easy to complete multi-mode drive.Short-tube-based lamellar complexes can be used in ultrasonic and high-frequency vibration suppression.Lamellar or block composites based on long tubes can be used in large displacement situations such as shape control, medium and low frequency vibration and noise control, deformable mirrors and piezoelectric motors.
