【摘要】:正【摘要】目的采用能夠即時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)能量功率和頻次的腫瘤介電常數(shù)反饋控制消融系統(tǒng)來確定肺癌患者微波消融(MWA)所致的組織變化。材料和方法此項(xiàng)消融和切除研究獲得了機(jī)構(gòu)審查委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn),并取得患者的知情同意。2009年3月—2010年1月,10例患者(女4例,男6例;年齡52~82歲,平均71歲)進(jìn)行了肺癌MWA治療。在持續(xù)10 min的操作中,實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)功率(10~32 W)、頻率(908~928 MHz),使14號(hào)天線頂端的溫度保持在110~120℃。檢測(cè)有無氣體滲漏,行腫瘤切割術(shù)。肉眼目
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the tissue changes induced by microwave ablation of MWAs in patients with lung cancer by using a feedback ablation system of tumor dielectric constant which can adjust the power and frequency of tumor immediately. Materials and methods the ablation and excision study was approved by the institutional review committee and informed consent of the patients was obtained. From March 2009 to January 2010, 10 patients (4 female and 6 male; 52 years old) were enrolled in the study. MWA treatment for lung cancer was performed at an average age of 71 years. During the operation of 10 min, the power is adjusted in real time, and the frequency is 908 ~ 928 MHz. The temperature at the top of antenna 14 is kept at 110 ~ 120 鈩,
