基于WEB的省級(jí)氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】: 氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)進(jìn)步、科技創(chuàng)新和國(guó)家安全等領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮著重要的支撐性作用。但是,由于長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)管理的滯后和國(guó)家投入不足,造成氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)資源沒(méi)有得到有效的整合與集成,氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的科學(xué)價(jià)值遠(yuǎn)未充分發(fā)揮。 本項(xiàng)目的研究目的是為了解決制約氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題,提高氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)共享服務(wù)能力。分布在全國(guó)各地的氣象數(shù)據(jù)種類繁多、格式復(fù)雜、存儲(chǔ)方式各不相同,常規(guī)的文檔管理方法無(wú)法面向用戶需求提供有效的檢索和處理。迫切需要一種方便而又行之有效的方法來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)的共享管理,以發(fā)揮氣象科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和實(shí)現(xiàn)其包含的巨大科學(xué)價(jià)值,本項(xiàng)目研究為我們實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)在線、可擴(kuò)展的共享管理提供了一種強(qiáng)有力的手段。 本項(xiàng)目研究主要內(nèi)容是:完成省級(jí)氣象數(shù)據(jù)集的制作,建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)系統(tǒng)和實(shí)時(shí)資料追加業(yè)務(wù)流程,建立數(shù)據(jù)共享平臺(tái),通過(guò)安裝統(tǒng)一的元數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)和用戶認(rèn)證系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)與主站的分布式連接,按照制定數(shù)據(jù)共享策略,執(zhí)行統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)共享分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線和離線方式對(duì)社會(huì)開展數(shù)據(jù)共享服務(wù)。 該研究項(xiàng)目的系統(tǒng)建成后,可以為規(guī)范我省對(duì)外提供氣象信息服務(wù)統(tǒng)一窗口提供良好條件,充分發(fā)揮信息資源的整合優(yōu)勢(shì),使對(duì)外提供的氣象信息質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化,內(nèi)容更加豐富,為全省各部門及時(shí)提供共享的氣象信息,其社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益更加巨大
[Abstract]:Meteorological scientific data play an important supporting role in the fields of national economic development, social progress, scientific and technological innovation and national security. However, because of the lag of data management and the insufficiency of national investment for a long time, the resources of meteorological scientific data have not been effectively integrated and integrated, and the scientific value of meteorological scientific data is far from being brought into full play. The purpose of this project is to solve the key technical problems that restrict the sharing of meteorological scientific data, and to improve the service ability of meteorological scientific data sharing. There are many kinds of meteorological data distributed all over the country, the format is complex, the storage mode is different, and the conventional document management method can not provide effective retrieval and processing to the users' needs. There is an urgent need for a convenient and effective method to realize the sharing and management of meteorological scientific data in order to bring into play the social and economic benefits of meteorological scientific data and to realize the great scientific value contained therein. This project provides a powerful tool for us to realize real-time and scalable data sharing management. The main contents of this project are as follows: to complete the production of provincial meteorological data set, to establish database system and real-time data append business process, to establish data sharing platform, to install unified metadata management system and user authentication system, It realizes the distributed connection with the master station, according to the formulation of data sharing strategy, implements the unified data sharing classification standard, and develops the data sharing service to the society through the online and offline network. After the completion of the research project, the system can provide good conditions for standardizing the unified window of meteorological information service in our province, give full play to the advantages of the integration of information resources, and make the quality of meteorological information provided abroad standardized and standardized. The content is more abundant, and the social and economic benefits of the meteorological information shared by all departments in the province are even greater.
