【摘要】：數(shù)字化出版模式下,科技期刊運作中會出現(xiàn)一些新的問題,如論文數(shù)字版版權的授權與轉讓、編輯倫理學上的新問題、論文電子模板的細化、稿件在線管理系統(tǒng)的操作說明等。這些問題均促使編輯部在《稿約》中做出及時的內(nèi)容修訂。例如:在《稿約》的在線版中設立必要鏈接,為論文撰寫提供更為便捷的服務;加大對編輯出版?zhèn)惱硐嚓P問題的強調(diào)力度;補寫關于稿件在線管理系統(tǒng)操作的說明;簡要說明在線稿件同行評議制度程序;進一步明確數(shù)字版版權的相關問題;等等。編輯部只有適時地做好《稿約》內(nèi)容上的修訂,才能更好地適應數(shù)字化出版的要求,同時,借助新技術提高期刊的傳播力和影響力。
[Abstract]:Under the mode of digital publishing, there will be some new problems in the operation of sci-tech periodicals, such as the authorization and transfer of copyright in digital edition of papers, the new problems in editing ethics, and the refinement of electronic templates of papers. The operating instructions of the manuscripts online management system, etc. These problems have prompted the editorial department to make timely revision of the contents in the manuscripts. For example, the necessary links should be set up in the online version of the manuscripts. Provide more convenient service for thesis writing; Strengthening the emphasis on the ethical issues of editing and publishing; Write additional instructions on the online management system of manuscripts; Brief description of online peer review process; To further clarify the digital version of the copyright issues; In order to adapt to the requirement of digital publication, the editorial department can better adapt to the requirement of digital publishing, and at the same time, it can improve the dissemination power and influence of periodicals with the help of new technology.
