【摘要】： 本研究以CALIS引進(jìn)的外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)研究，和“CALIS引進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用戶滿意度調(diào)查總結(jié)報(bào)告”，選取外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。采用層次分析法，構(gòu)建外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，及四級(jí)層次分析模型。指標(biāo)體系中一級(jí)指標(biāo)包括：基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)、技術(shù)指標(biāo)、效益指標(biāo)，以此建立三個(gè)子系統(tǒng)，子系統(tǒng)共有16個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)，對(duì)應(yīng)一級(jí)指標(biāo)構(gòu)建不完全層次分析模型。以此為基礎(chǔ)，采用層次分析法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)法，構(gòu)建了一個(gè)具有普遍適用性的外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)模型。 本研究建模的依據(jù)是“CALIS引進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)用戶滿意度調(diào)查總結(jié)報(bào)告”，從1998年開(kāi)始，CALIS每年在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)對(duì)廣大成員館使用各種引進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查測(cè)評(píng)，調(diào)查結(jié)果公開(kāi)發(fā)布，其調(diào)查報(bào)告的數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)源廣泛，調(diào)查結(jié)果真實(shí)可靠，權(quán)威性強(qiáng)。本模型以2006年5月CALIS調(diào)查報(bào)告作為數(shù)據(jù)研究材料和建立模型指標(biāo)的常量參數(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集源，通過(guò)對(duì)CALIS調(diào)查報(bào)告的數(shù)據(jù)分析，采用多種算法，計(jì)算出評(píng)價(jià)模型的16個(gè)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值常量，將常量代入，乘以被評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的16個(gè)指標(biāo)的隨機(jī)變量的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化值，再迭加指標(biāo)值，，計(jì)算出各數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的載荷量，根據(jù)載荷量大小，比較判斷數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的優(yōu)劣。 這個(gè)模型提出的指標(biāo)常量和隨機(jī)指標(biāo)的計(jì)算是一般情形，對(duì)于具體圖書(shū)館適用模型的可行性需要進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。本研究承擔(dān)了江蘇省JALIS十五建設(shè)子項(xiàng)目，對(duì)CALIS引進(jìn)的8個(gè)外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的質(zhì)量和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)，研究得到數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)核心期刊量、學(xué)科覆蓋率、影響因子、數(shù)據(jù)總量等相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，從中選取了Springerlink、Wiley、Blackwell三個(gè)有代表性的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，根據(jù)CALIS數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)分類(lèi)，分別屬于一、二、三類(lèi)，并且檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)完備。從南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)圖書(shū)館資源建設(shè)的學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)及學(xué)校學(xué)科發(fā)展需求度出發(fā)，利用本模型對(duì)三個(gè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究，驗(yàn)證載荷量結(jié)果：Springerlink (-0.3718)＜Wiley(-0.3462)＜Blackwell(0.9523)，與本研究和CALIS對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的調(diào)查結(jié)果一致。證明建立的外文電子期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)評(píng)價(jià)模型是實(shí)用的、可行的。
[Abstract]:This study takes the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals introduced by Calis as the research object, through the analysis of domestic and foreign database evaluation research, and "Calis database user satisfaction survey summary report", The evaluation index of the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals is selected. The evaluation index system of the full text database of foreign electronic periodicals and the four level analytic hierarchy process model are constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the index system, the first-order index includes basic index, technical index and benefit index, and then three subsystems are established. There are 16 second-level indexes in the subsystem, corresponding to the first-level index, the incomplete AHP model is constructed. On this basis, an evaluation model of full text database of foreign electronic journals is constructed by using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method. The model of this study is based on the "Calis Database user satisfaction Survey Summary report". Since 1998, Calis has conducted a nationwide survey and assessment of the use of various kinds of imported databases in member libraries, and the results have been published publicly. The data source of its investigation report is extensive, the investigation result is true and reliable, authority is strong. In this model, the Calis survey report in May 2006 is used as the data research material and the constant parameter of the model index is established. By analyzing the data of Calis survey report, many algorithms are used. The weight constant of 16 indexes of the evaluation model is calculated, the constant is substituted, multiplied by the standardized value of the random variable of the 16 indexes in the evaluated database, and the index value is added to calculate the load quantity of each database, according to the magnitude of the load quantity, Compare and judge the advantages and disadvantages of the database. The calculation of the index constant and random index proposed by this model is a general case, and the feasibility of the applicable model of a specific library needs to be examined. In this study, the quality and content of the full text database of 8 foreign electronic journals introduced by Calis were evaluated, and the quantity of core journals, the coverage of subjects, the influencing factors were obtained. Three representative databases of SpringerLink Wiley Blackwell are selected. According to Calis database classification, they belong to one, two and three types, and the data are complete. Based on the subject structure of library resource construction of Nanjing Agricultural University and the demand degree of academic discipline development, this paper uses this model to evaluate the three databases. The results of verification of load amount: Springerlink (-0.3718) < Wiley (-0.3462) < Blackwell (0.9523) are consistent with the results of this study and Calis database investigation. It is proved that the evaluation model of full-text database of foreign electronic periodicals is practical and feasible.
