【摘要】：近年來內(nèi)刊加入期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫的現(xiàn)象越來越多,雖然內(nèi)刊的加入有助于期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫的豐富,但其是否具有合法性則引人深思。眾所周知,內(nèi)刊是企業(yè)和其他社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)用于信息傳播的一種基本的文獻(xiàn)形式,它的發(fā)行在一定程度上為企業(yè)和其他社會(huì)機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻(xiàn),這也確立了期刊對(duì)于社會(huì)生活無可比擬的重要地位。但是,內(nèi)刊也有自身的局限性,它的發(fā)行傳播范圍相比于其他文獻(xiàn)刊物而言具有一定的局限性,受到法律法規(guī)的制約。但隨著內(nèi)刊的資源越來越豐富,如果不納入到期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫中,繼續(xù)固守著原本的傳播陣地在小范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行傳播,無疑是一種巨大的知識(shí)壁壘和資源浪費(fèi)。內(nèi)刊的期刊數(shù)據(jù)化盡管利大于弊,但還是要遵守國(guó)家的法律法規(guī),本文將就內(nèi)刊加入期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫的合法性可能的有關(guān)問題進(jìn)行探究和分析。
