淺議現(xiàn)代禮儀和形體訓練對空乘服務人員素質(zhì)的影響

摘要：我國民航業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展，對空乘人員職業(yè)素養(yǎng)提出了高要求�，F(xiàn)代禮儀與形體訓練，對空乘專業(yè)學生形成良好的心理素質(zhì)、身體素質(zhì)、職業(yè)人格素質(zhì)和職業(yè)技能素質(zhì)有著積極而深遠的影響，是空乘專業(yè)學生素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的重要內(nèi)容。

現(xiàn)代禮儀是人們在現(xiàn)代社會的各種具體交往中，為了互相尊重，在儀表、儀態(tài)、儀式、儀容、言談舉止等方面約定俗成的、共同認可的規(guī)范和程序。形體訓練是以人體科學理論為基礎，通過各種手段用來改變?nèi)诵误w的原始狀態(tài)，以提高人體的靈活性、控制力和形體美的表現(xiàn)力的基本素質(zhì)訓練。職業(yè)需要的程式化動作的訓練，比如站、走、坐、禮儀姿態(tài)等，也被稱為形體訓練，它是禮儀修養(yǎng)中美學素養(yǎng)的重要內(nèi)容，是外塑個人與組織形象的重要途徑。
